Turn on 2fa imediately when you first log in. When i withdraw my coins it automatically logged me out and i couldnt log in for some minutes.. but in the end of the day it got the job done.

I sent an email with a screenshot but I think you can also ask to write something in the email and the same thing must be present also in the forum profile to confirm that bitcointalk user is the same person sending the email.

For instance I put the address to receive the payment for italian translation also in the field "bitcoin address" of the forum profile.
