I would stick to eating less carbohydrates for some times, this will make your body get used to less energy and therefore you will not be tempted by snacks that are offered you whereever you are, it its at work or in the supermarket. The most important thing is to discipline yourself for a certain time, depends also on the individual, some need more time, some need less. In this time you will change your attitude overall and after that it will become normal to eat healthy and you dont need to discipline yourself much to do so. But there is also a big chance of falling back into old habits. Always watch out, if you sense that you do so , discipline yourself again. Watch yourself closely!

Here is my suggestion, first start off by avoiding fatty foods, you know those foods that are greasy or oily.(fried foods) and also avoid frozen meats and processed foods. Such as hotdogs, and etc. Now, while doing that start eating fruits and vegetables. Specially the green and leafy ones. Also avoid sodas. After that start doing workouts and exercises every single day. And also avoid salty and sweet foods. And do not smoke nor drink alcohol. That's all. :-)

I used to eat everything I want including a lot of unhealthy fat food.
But one day I looked at the mirror and said to myself "Do you really want to look like this? How could you become such a piece of shit?"

I googled a lot of information about healthy diet, and tried to apply a lot of recommendations to my life. And it completely changed not only my body, my mind. I've become much more disciplined, calm under pressure. My willpower made complete level up.

Eat healthy, guys. It's one of the ways of becoming the person you really want to be.

You're only enemy to have a healthy diet is yourself.  Why opt eating snacks (don't know if it's healthy snacks) that you think will hinder your progress.  It should begin with yourself.  Ask yourself if the food that your taking is good or bad to your health.

Just bring your own food to your work, prepare healthy foods thats rich in protein, fats and carbohydrates.  Makes sure you are the one who prepared it.  Doing it my stop you eating snacks that's available to your office.

You don't need to eat those snacks that they provided especially when it's all processed.  I know that you already know what foods that are good to your body like stop eating foods with lots of sugar.

Yeah it's my pleasure.  Eat healthy foods like meats, fishes, eggs, vegetables and fruits.  And avoid overeating.  You should stop eating sugary products like cakes and candies.

Eating vegetables and fruits are basic for healthy diet. but if we are talking about healthy living, i recommend to take a long rest after an exhaustive day. Our body or rather our cells need to take some time to heal and repair damage tissues, so sleeping is the best way to have a good health but dont forget to have a cardiovascular activity atleast twice a week i think is enough.
