Separate food diet is very good. This way food is easier and faster digested: try to have protein with vegetables or sides with vegetables. Do not over eat and you will see how much better you will feel. Try to stay away from snacks, you could have some dark chocolate instead:) Also, you should knoe, that since you workout, your muscles should be built on healthy food, as if you eat snacks mostly, you muscles will not  be that firm.

I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks

Discipline is important. Prepare your own snack from home. It's way healtier

Agreed, being healthy depends on the discipline of a specific person, preparing snack and eating healthy vegetables are the best to live a fully healthy life.

Reports say avoiding meat and dairy is the single best way to reduce one's impact on earth. So that means limiting our food choices. It's such a challenge to balance both keeping ourselves and our surroundings healthy. Health will almost be impossible to achieve nowadays.

Set an app which will count how many calories do you eat during the day. It depends on the lifestyle which you do have. Using the app is one of the most helpful stuff, just don't forget to set up the data.

there is no one best diet for everyone, but for 100% - eat green. If you are tired after eating - that means that you ate too much sugar (maybe pasta, potatoes or bread, fruits - not only sweets). If you are hungry quickly and need snacks - try to eat...more fat meat. Meat with vegetables, but without any pasta, potatoes, cheese etc... Only meat or fish with green vegetables. You have to listening to your body and decide what is healthy for you. Some people can eat cheese, milk etc but most adults can feel bad after this... This are only few tips, but the most important - think, what you eat and how you feel after it. Your body knows best what it needs (and it's not cakes and snaks Wink )

You need to force yourself not to eat whenever you want, but to try to eat in those moments when you need it or let it yourself determine, and over time the body will get used to and adjust - it's discipline!

Developing healthy eating habits isn’t as confusing or as restrictive as many people imagine. The essential steps are to eat mostly foods derived from plants—vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes (beans, peas, lentils)—and limit highly processed foods.
