... don't eat snacks. Veggies are king. Sugar is the opposite. Stay hydrated. Do sports. Can't stick to it? Make a bet with a friend over who can lose more weight or gain more lean muscle (i.e. turn it into a competition).

hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine.
I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks
The key to improving your health and your body figure is with a healthy diet. You need patience and discipline to control yourself from eating things that are opposite to your diet. Eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and others with no fat and less sugar.

Ditch the carbs. I eat eggs, bacon, steak, fish, shrimp, cheeses, vegetables etc and no breads or potatoes and the weight is dropping off fast. I never feel hungry and eat good food. I have been doing this a few weeks and it was hard at first but I have zero desire for breads now.

Balance meals is a good way to go. Fruits and vegetables should always be included.
Their should be greens, a good quality source of carbs and protein in youy daily set of meals.
Minimized foods that are salty and fatty. You could also do a calorie count diet.

Having a healthy diet is very nice. You should include a lot of fruits in your diet although some fruits have high sugar content then some go foods if you are heading to the gym regularly and some red meat to for protein. stay away from fats and fatty foods. You should eat a lot of fish too and milk and eggs. Also, stay away from processed foods and juices that are synthetically produced.

My opinion You have to do regular exercise like a gym. In addition you should keep your diet like eating vegetables and fruits, avoid foods that contain lots of fat, especially at night

The basic principles of good diets are so simple that I can summarize them in just ten words: eat less, move more, eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

All you need to do for a healthy diet program is:

1. Determining the target
2. Optimistic thinking
3. Sports
4. Expand drinking mineral water
5. Consumption of fiber-rich foods
6. Expand the frequency of eating, reduce the portion of food
7. Avoid eating more than 6 o'clock
8. Avoid snacks with high sugar content
9. Drink lime juice in the morning

If you are disciplined do that. You will get your ideal body and your diet will be a success.
Good luck. Wink

Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals. Nutrition is important for people. beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other protein are healthy foods.

It's really tough, but if you can cut sugar out of your diet, you will be amazed at how much better you look and feel.  Just a few days after cutting sugar out, my family found a big difference in how their stomach felt.  Everything needs to be consumed in moderation!!!

As most people are saying, you want to eat well balanced meals.  Don't over do the amounts, your body doesnt need super large portions.  You should also color your plate, meaning try to get as many different colored foods on your plate as you can per meal.  Each color of fruits and veggies brings different vitamins and nutrients to your body.   Smiley

Not a great advice tbh. I mean, yeah water is a great point, but just eat less ... not so much. It really depends what you eat. Eating and drinking only half the amount of sugar stuff, you would do normally is still bad. People should really stop consuming sugar products at all. It is ok to do exceptions once in a while e.g. 1 a week, but the rest of the time, just live sugar free.

In my opinion, the healthiest diet is one that you can stick to for a long time and not break.

Set a goal... Think what you want to achieve and then plan.

Start of looking at what you eat, drink... and which ones aren't too good for you and say... cut one thing out a week...

See how you cope after a week then take another thing out.. and in the end just leave healthy foods but obviously leave an area where you can have something that you enjoy...

You need to eat plenty of vegetables, they contain a lot of trace elements. A fast food is better to give up altogether.
