Early in the morning drink at least two glasses of water on empty stomach, then have your breakfast eat first fruits then have your regular breakfast. In between of regular meals consume at least 8 glasses of water, then on lunch eat meat vegetable and fruits and on dinner take small amount of food that os easy to digest.

Actually no problem for me, just eat foods that are not excessive that makes you full because it is not good for health. The most important is regular exercise which is very important to keep the body ideal.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

Exercise is good but you need drinking a lot of water and healthy diet, sugar ruins your workouts so keep an eye on it.

Eat food, not too much, mostly vegetables.... there is so much bullshit advice around that eliminates food groups such as carbohydrates and dairy. The best thing you can do for yourself is add more vegetables to your diet and eliminate ultra-processed food. Don't be too strict or you will be likely to lapse. Just make small changes and be consistent.
