I started mining it yesterday and received some amount of vivo in my wallet but it's showing Available/Pending balance as 0 whereas transactions are visible under transactions tab.
What's the issue?

You should see a clock next to each transaction.  You have to wait for a certain number of confirmations before you can spend them.  Hold your mouse over the transaction to see how many you have and need.

i think he have a issue.. because i started mining today got 3 payout the last is 1h ago and it is already confirmed

You can get some idea of the current number from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1F1DzW-IZl2e9vSoaTDn-We4Uwwouxz4ldsZ6aAWSTi4/edit#gid=2121998527, but this can be edited by anyone.  I try to update the figures every couple of days.  Anyway, at the time of writing, I am seeing 185 masternodes listed, although 10 are out of action with statuses other than 'Enabled'.

just download the vivo wallet yourself and you can see how many masternodes there are, works easily

Yes - there are partly ddos attack’s. We are working on it to get them blocked all.

All transaction has more than 140 confirmations. And, yet balance is 0

I do not understand the developers of this coin! application for an excellent coin and such a lousy exchange .... worse than the stock exchange does not happen! it is no longer possible to pay unfortunate 3-5 bitcoins and go to a decent stock exchange ... maybe two?!?! very strange all! people have an interest and they just can not buy a coin))) apparently all do not care ... gentlemen who agree with me leave a couple lines in confirming my words below or just put a sign + .. the first time I see such greedy developers)) thanks
