Cocaine. It gives me speed and energy.

Dihydrogen monoxide (solvent)

I heard that can kill you. You should be careful about that.

I take Multi-vitamins, L-Arginine, & Caffeine pills (200mg) < I cut out all energy drinks + coffee out of my diet.

Doesn't drink coffee, no time for that, just take some caffeine straight up. I like your style, we should hang out.

PS: In all the seriousness tho, I don't think you need any extra vitamins. Just eat healthy and that will be the best for you. Vitamins are usually taken multiple times their recommended dosage and even tho it is usually not very harmful, there is no need for that and sometimes people actually experience health issues (like death) when they take vitamins that aren't well tested. There have been cases of some American football player, I think, that died from taking some not very well tested and widely commercially available vitamin pills or something.

I take creatine, hmb, and other amino acids. I forgot arginin, that one is really important. Whey, of course. L-carnitine not, that didn`t work for me.
But all of this stuff only makes sense, if you make sports.

1. Protein
2. Creatine
3. Mutivitamins

After I workout or do some lifting I do drink some protein shakes and eat some protein bars. If I do get the chance of waking up early I do some jogging and morning cardio and take some creatine before doing so for it helps in performance and it enhances overall muscle function. Multi-vitamins are your quick daily dose of vitamins needed to pump up your day and some of them are cheap which is nice. Exercise regularly and eat healthy to stay fit and healthy.

I take Solgar's VM-75 or V-2000 if I don't find the first. It helps a lot You can feel the difference primarily on how tired you don't feel if you take it. Secondarily, I have noticed better vision, healthier skin and other internal physical functions.

Same here, I'm also taking collagen. It's good for the skin, hair, joints and bones. Before, I can't bear the pain on my knees, now the pain's gone.
