a) How do you delete an account?

b) Backup > Accounts does nothing?

a) Simply delete the UTC file in your C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Pirl\keystore folder
Be sure you don't have any coin on the account before deleting the keystore file.

b) It is a known issue that will be fixed in the next wallet release, to backup your wallet, go to the AppData folder (same path as above) and copy your UTC file.

So why is this pool ( http://pirl.minerpool.net ) NOT paying out the block reward for a found block?

You have to understand how a pool works, it's not like solo mining where you are paid only for each block you find.
Also, from pirl.minerpool.net:
Quote
The payout rounds run at least two times per Day. As long as you can see current payouts all is working and you get paid when you are the next in line!
You can check here : http://pirl.minerpool.net/#/payments and see that the pool is paying.

Please check the pool and how its works.

If you can't understand, just ask the pool owner (he is on the official Discord)

If you think it is unfair, then feel free to join another pool.

You guys are mining on a Pool mining. not solo mining. even if you find a block, the rewards are shared among other miners

you get part of the rewards based on your share submitted  Smiley

Ah thanks. I actually even looked there, but the wallet seems to ignore %APPDATA% here which points to D:\AppData\Roaming in my case. It seems to always use C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Pirl instead (the database, cache and so on dirs/files use the correct %APPDATA% path).

Also the wallet keeps creating a wallet contract forever (or at least shows that it does), even after I restarted it.

Good news about the masternode. I do not have experience with the masternode, but I plan to try in the near future.
Coins with algo ethash I like mining and this is my favorite pool http://pirl.pool.sexy/#/.
I was looking at a preliminary gain at http://whattomine.com/ with my mining rig and I'm making a profit with PIRL.
PirlMiner , simple and efficient, just select a pool and enter a wallet: https://imgur.com/qqbO2YA  and next  https://imgur.com/dkdNjDW.
PIRL I count among the coins I'm going to mining. Good work dev.
