Anyone still waiting for HEX16a boards to be delivered, except me of course.

I am also waiting for something... but do not know how these guys work, very strange... I have 20 chips and want to use them so ordered from them some boards wrote many emails but never got an answer, at least one, so I did not send the money to them as I consider they have too many customers and dont care about new commers... 
Very strange way to do business. Still waiting from their new PR man to answer some of my emails to know what to do. Have you paid for something? If yes, for what? have you sent avalon chips to them? If yes, how? There is no way to find out these details on their site!!!

I had 98 chips and have them sent to marto and paid for 6 boards. In theory you should pay for HEX16A board assembly service and send your chips to marto. But I'm not saying you should do it. Read this thread and decide for yourself.

Thanks. I got finaly how it works, but am afraid to send them. Wanted to visit them in Sofia as I have a company in Bulgaria and am traveling there... but no answer from them. It is a big pity, so I might be forced to sell or throw those chips to garbage... also, I am trying to get back to Litecoin mining.

I understand that it is difficult doing a board run when chip arrivals are fragmented. Therefore I have been patient. However looking at the dates we are all in the same period, have we been somewhat overlooked.  I know this is now an obsolete product, however we need a resolution.

I'm waiting on 11 HEX16A boards. It's been almost 2 months now since they shipped. I got caught up in the speedy.bg nonsense. I have been given a few shipping dates since then.

Last message I received said I would he would check on Saturday and follow up. No follow up as of a couple of days later.

I've seen lots of promises, but little action lately

Martin, at least make someone check my orders, because they were paid long time ago and there's no confirmation on the website for payments, and there hare already people wanting/going to the police, this is serious matter, If it's not possible to run a business on the size you are doing on-line, do it smaller an complains will drop.

For a first order I'm very disappointed with you guys.

I am afraid they are overhelmed and took to many orders then got out of cash as cash flow now is a BIG ISSUE for any small business in the entire world (maybe except China...?!).
But communication and telling the truth may help a lot. However, hope they will be back in business somehow... and wish them to get rid of all financial problems.

Nope. I was one of the people who had their order stuck with speedy for a while.

I did receive an email saying "Message from a client from TechnoBitour order is picked up by speedy" which I certainly hope is a translation issue since the very last thing I want is for my order to still be shipped by speedy.

I asked for a refund through paypal and got it...there are 2 posibilities,
1. my boards were never made/reserved(as i prefered to do the soldering myself)
2. or they are going to someone else

Im also afraid (I DONT WANT TO ACUSE ANYONE, nor is it my intention) and im sure many who have not recived their boards want proof that their equipment is not mined with, that is why i preffer to do the soldering myself

As i said, no accusation intended but some transparency is appreciated. Thank you.
I got my money back thanks to paypal but no boards after 6 weeks, lead time being 4 weeks, and i was given a 2 week timeframe.
After this much time 14ghs are pretty much useless anyway and will never make back the investement.

So all in all its your choice if you want to do business here, i for one dont and am very dissapointed with the service.
