Dear, firends,
We shipped out today most of early December Hex16a2 (c) and Hex16b orders.
Unfortunately we were not able to shipout all of the December orders yet.
We'll continue shipping on 30-th of December , but most probably there still be some late December orders that will be left for shipping in the 1-st week of January.
Hex16A ( avalon gen1) We did send out part of the last batch orders. There are some orders that will be out in the 1-st week of January too.
Nanofuries We send some orders today  and due to some production delays , there are still orders that are late.
We are scheduling production in the first days of January
All customers with faulty units Just return them to sending addres and We'll send you replacement/repaired unit .

where do I track the status of my order??

Didn't received any email and there is a high probability that my order of 7 Hex16a boards is still pending.

No word other than the thread update. This is ridiculous, it always the same with asic hardware orders
the world is promised up front but after the currency changes hands its delay after delay and  the customers
constantly needing to pry info from the manufacturing party. Marto I believe you guys have the best hardware
design for Avalon 1st gen chips but this technical achievement is totally offset but your inability to execute to
a schedule that you've set for yourselves. Not to forget the lackluster updates about the status of the build no matter
the problem. For example I'm sure I've received more email about new products released after my order than any
info actually pertaining to my order. Really,Wtf? And I hope that the shipping issues with speedy are sorted out
because late shipping on top of late completion of product would be totally unacceptable.

Am sorry to say that I have wished to purchase other products on offer over the past few months however with an outstanding order I refuse to do so.
I had a lot of faith here and pointed at least 3 others to technobit to get chips mounted.

I hope other products aren't effected in this manner.

I shall not purchase any products here in the future that are not off the shelf. Sorry

I have wanted order HEX16b , but never will order . I am dissapointed from Marto. He said me that my boards will be ready one week after delivery my chips and I still dont have miners after 6 weeks.

I understand you frustration, but please do understand that all last hex16a (avalon1) orders were to be combined in 1 batch on PCB and PnP house.
It is not possible to be produced in batches of 2 or 7 or 15 pcs, or it is going to be too expensive.
On the side of customer support We have a lot to improve and We are going to.
Again We are sorry for the terrible customer service that We did or did not provide you.
We are thinking of some kind of present for all of you that will have orders shipped late.

You promised the shipment within a month of the receipt of the chips.

While this is true, why does it say  1099 Items in stock on your website ...this is what makes people think you actually have the boards, this is what made me think they are in stock.
And after all the delays ...this is obviously a lie.

Additionally the site should have clearly stated that orders would be produced only once a certain number of orders
were received and have some sort of metric by which the customer could make an informed decision. I feel misled/lied to as well.
I'm curious by the way what is the minimum batch number that is/was needed?

I completely understand the logistics is a nightmare.

A simple cut-off point would be good for the future.
xxxx more boards required before assembly run would give customers an idea of where they stand,
or some indication of what batch there in with an estimate of when the batch will hit production.

Marto, will the current patch for CGMiner work with 3.9 or will you be releasing a new patch shortly.

It's December 31st today. Have all HEX16A orders shipped yet?
I'd like to see my tracking #.

It was my first and my last time I dealt with you guys. You remind me of BFL, you have a vital product, it is better than other stuff on the market (at the time of announcement), yet you manage to screw your customers like that. The boards are pretty much worthless with that difficulty and power draw. Time is essential in this business, you should have known that by the time you started to offer assembly services.

I wish I had boards along with BOM and pnp file so I could assemble them all here. I work with local assembly house, they are fast and reliable, never let me down like you. No job is too small for them, 1 board or 5 or 17 or 1000, they do it all in a reasonable amount of time and very reasonable prices.

There will be a community BBB like site for bitcoin hardware manufacturers  and assembly houses at some point. I will make sure you be on that list, right next to BFL due to similar customer appreciation.

How about those of us who have already had their orders manufactured?

I've been told a lot of things about fixing the shipping problem but as of yet I still don't have my boards. There have been too many broken promises.
