Let us give time the team to work so, in order they can focus and think for a strategy to make everything okay.  Talking about the project,  it is so good and I find it interesting because this is what we need a fast peer to peer transactions and get different rewards. I am excited to witness the success of pura project soon.

According to coincapmarket this coin exist since 2015, but it's first time that I find out about Pura, the all time high was $1.6 then price crashed so quickly, I think pump group was behind that.

Well, that is really true that the team should not only put all the complete information regarding the project only on their website. Because this project is not that old and usually new projects need a lot of time for getting into consideration so i think that you should give some more time to the devs and also you can join their social media to get more updates.

The project to be able to achieve success must have a very active team that will response to all concerns and updates us regularly, the developer must assign a community manager to always update the investors and developers about the status of this project.

Well, this is not the only way to segregate their information because there are a lot of sites that can actually be used. As what you can see in the OP, they can be reached through their telegram and other social sites. So, you can have that options for you to be able to know more about the project.
