I think a total replace not, because paper is paper Cheesy
But in the future i think digital currency will be come more and more popular
Now there are a lot of old people that dont know what is it digital currency, they prefer the paper
Yes, I think virtual currency will be used more. The vast majority of users are young people, it takes a long time for virtual currency to replace paper money. Now paper money is still the most popular

No, digital money will never completely displace paper money. The banking system will not allow it to be destroyed, and paper money will always be kept for an emergency.
Why can not Paper money be replaced? I think it will be replaced, but we need a long time. I think in the future we may not need a bank. Currently, the number of virtual currency users is increasing

It is possible that digital currency will replace fiat currency  based on the high probability of a computerized future run by robotics and Artificial Intelligence. With the globalization of technologies, the higher the globa utilization of cryptocurrencies.

The digital currency will absolutely replace paper money. The question is how quickly this will happen. People in megacities practically do not use paper money, it becomes not convenient. Especially it is more convenient to make purchases on the Internet by electronic transfer

I don't know but as for now, I believe that it would take longer years before the digital currency will replace the fiat currency, it would take another generation maybe, but who knows.  Digital Currency for now is just part of the investments and people will still exchange them back to fiat currency in order to buy basic needs and wants.

Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that.

What do you guys think? Wink

There is a huge chance for bitcoins to become the paper money of our country because most of the people today prefer on investing in cryptocurrency more than placing their money on the banks and government does not like this kind of system.

This is very even possible, because the digital currency is very convenient and humanity will be much more convenient if bitcoin is adopted in the world.

Bitcoin has a certain monetary function, which can be used to purchase goods and services, make international donations, etc., and reflect its use value. However, since its issuance is independent of the legal tender issuing agency, it has no national credit endorsement, so it is regarded as a private digital currency and does not have the national sovereignty attribute. In the future, China's central bank will launch digital currency, which must be the legal tender of national credit, which is the biggest difference between the two.

According to the definition of the European central bank, virtual currencies are issued by non-central Banks, credit agencies and electronic currency institutions, and in some cases can be used as a numerical representation of the value of a monetary substitute.

So I think the future digital currency will replace paper money.

I don't think so. Cryptocurrencies are a really cool idea, however they are decentralized and by their nature extremely difficult to regulate. You may even find the exact opposite begins to happen! A country with a particularly high crime rate or one that has strict monetary sanctions in place may completely outlaw cryptocurrencies in order to regain some control.

If we see at this time it not looks possible because the world is still not much aware of cryptocurrency by now but I am sure soon we will see bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will be used same as paper money.

Really possible, but in my opinion this is a lot more possible when talking about countries like The United States, Australia, and other first world countries. I don't see this happening to 3rd world countries or even poorer countries due to poverty; the poor crowd couldn't even afford food and basic commodities, what more a mobile device to transact bitcoin with? My guess is that both fiat money and cryptocurrency will both be used. If digital currency would replace  fiat money I don't see it happening in this lifetime.
I think so.that is possible to be realized in the future.we still need much time and process. Digital currency like bitcoin will be globally accepted as payment method but fiat money or paper would be still used by people.so in this case , it will run together and support each other.

not at all, paper money will ever exist in one way or another but BTC is the first step of the currency in the world for the future, maybe someday people could have new currencies but all depends if governments accept this change on its economy and finances because we can't forget that BTC is a decentralized currency and not all countries accept it and if society accept this way of getting money because the third world countries doesn't have a lot of technology and replace the paper money for a virtual currency could be some difficult in this countries, people is not adapted to this, but first of all we have to try to keep BTC on float if we want it happens.

Yes of course, I am sure that someday we will use digital money, people will not bother to bring money in wallet or suitcase, everything is practical because with digital money it is more practical and of course the government easier to control digital money.

I think Bitcoin will replace paper money in the future because of its comfort and safety. However, It also has some risks and People need to be educated fully to protect their property.

I think no, because paper money we can use it even though we are in offline while digital currency we can only use it in online, thats why paper money can't replace by other currency.

I am not clear with your question. If you are taking card payment and online payment by govt. currency as digital money then trend of cashless payment is increasing.
But if you are taking crypto currency like Bitcoin as digital payment then I have doubt. Because these are non government currency and has big fluctuation so people has less trust.
