No, Yobit not scam.
When you create request firstly you create yobit code for a certain amount (0.1btc or 0.5btc)
If exchange listed coin than they activate code and get btc.
If the coin is not listed, then the one who submitted the request himself activates the code and gets back btc.
We waited for a sufficient amount of time and coin not listed. So we can  activates yobit code and get back btc.

Yes, they are quite scammy guys, support is often unavailable or not responding for a long time, a lot of wallets that under the maintenance is a usual story for them, of course its very cheap to get there...but not guaranteed  Tongue

both tried didn't get thru dev? i guess yobit are still choosing those coins that they will add inside their exchange and even there's a lots of complain
about this exchange its still been recognize by some traders and if this project will be supported by big whales it will gather attention and volume also
to be recognized by much bigger exchange like polo and tex.

BTC   Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System   BTC
A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Then it's acutally good then that Yobit didn't list it Smiley Better list there when coin doesn't need to be forked more.

Until Q1 2018 there is still a lot of time. Hardfork will only change the reward of the block.

I incorrectly understood about 86400 block in the DOB intro.
Will the suggested distribution of DOB reward be constant (it will be more than 100% for only 6 month for 9th type of the deposit) or it would be changed in future?

In the terms of the deposit, we use the time value in months, but in real terms we use equality 86400 blocks = 1 month
We plan to leave all the values, such as they are presented.
But if the community decides that it does not suit them, then we can find a solution together.
