use this command: web3.fromWei(eth.getBalance(eth.coinbase), "ether") and 0xd98f105bf6d29077ae3254c46b6bd7b474b0 -it is not valid address (it must be 0x and 40 hex symbols)

At least 15peers you will get.

I have no problems with the pool. I get rewards several times every day. Periodically statistics of the pool hangs, but all shares are calculated
