Hi yluna88 - this is not normal. Please check HitBTC -> Account and you can find "Dear traders! Ethereum network is experiencing extremely high load at the moment.
ETH withdrawals may take significantly longer to proceed." It appears there is huge congestion on the Ethereum network.  A possible explanation can be found here: https://www.coindesk.com/loveable-digital-kittens-clogging-ethereums-blockchain/

Thank you for your attention and reply. HitBTC finally credited my account after 3 days but it shows that I have a balance of $18 in USDT instead of 1,000 CAPP. I'm glad I only transferred a small amount to them, just to see how things work. Will wait for next exchange(s). Easiest to use from my experience are Cryptopia and Binance.
