You’re right. You have not hidden it. Thats not what I’m saying.

The financial commission doesn’t seem legit is what I am saying. It is not a regulator (though when you google it some websites say it’s a regulator or self- regulatory body),  it has a house as a registered office, and a phone number in New York. Yet your registered offices are in HK, SVG and UK.  All the companies that are members of this supposed self regulatory organization seem to be connected. The first company on top of the list has lots of regulatory problems (google it).

I would also advise investors to do a linkedin search on the team members of this fincom (some profiles on the website are clearly inflated from linked in - like this dude artem who did two summer internships in a firm and is called on the fina com website as a senior lawyer - ). Many of the board members have very close links to the supposed member firms of this finacom. Also do a whois on the finacom website and some other member companies. So many links and shady businesses, many registered in Belize or Vanuatu, the bastions of credible regulatory oversight.

I’m not an investigator and I have a full time job so I’m not going to spend more time researching this. However, it makes me very uneasy and I will not be investing in your ICO as a result and I also think other investors should be aware so they can draw their own conclusions and/or you can explain it to them.

Thanks for pointing this out. I dont know much about the regulatory stuff, no idea in what way it can harm the project.
But I do want to point out that Linked in profiles are often not up to date. These people are often too busy to update their profiles. I think however its not smart to sell yourself as a senior lawyer and not give any background information. They should know that people do their research nowadays.. I hope Genesis Vision can come up with some clarification.

The finacom address in SVG is registered to http://www.wilfredinternationalservices.com/about-us/. It looks like they're a service that registers foreign companies in SVG.

The finacom address in England is a home that is registered to the company https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08159950.

I'm also concerned that the whitepaper does not offer any specifics about how the protocol is implemented. It talks generalities using futuristic language such as "we will...". I don't think a single line of code was written yet. Their github has no commits: https://github.com/GenesisVision/

I'd like a statement directly from genesis vision addressing these issues. For now, stay away from this ICO.

Currently, almost ICO projects all have this trouble. We can not negate the influence of Bitcoin and its value in this month. So, some projects has changed the time open crowdsale and make many investors feel confused. But I still believe Genesis Vision can succeed. This project has done very well in pre-sale.
