Unicorns are in fairy tales though there is a sh*tcoin named just unicorn without any wings Cheesy all the people behind all the altcoins are folks like yourself believing that they could get rich over year just like that, bad news there are no such an altcoin to give you that return of investment. do you think something like yourchain which was airdropped only 80% or less and the rest kept by the dev will ever see a price like $0.1? the only coins going up are the ones in hands of the same investors pumping it and do you think they will just tell you to buy just before they start their pumping?

Hello everyone, my first post here, hopefully I can realize my dreams with help of the community.

I'm planning to do an initial investment of $500 in crypto currencies. $100 for 5 separate crypto currencies. I'm thinking of XRP, Adcoin, maybe Ethereum and 2 more. Any advice related to the choice of coin?

My goal is to find at least one Unicorn which will generate me maybe $30k in the next years. Which coins would you invest most likely in to achieve this goal?
You want to convert your $500 into $30,000 !! Its to hard may be not possible also.but you can earn 5x or more if your luck is good.I can suggest you some good coin about it.its just my personal suggestion dont take it so seriously.
1) Waves
2) ETH
3) Stratis
4) XMR
5) MGO
Befor buy them do your own research, good luck for you.Hope you can make good profit from your crypto trade.

A week before 2018 would be too early to think about such things. They're still 4 months to go there's no way you're going to be able to predict what's going to happen in the next month let alone in the next 3 months. My 2018 will be happy when 2018 happens and let 2017 happen right now as worrying much about the future is not good always.

Honestly, if you ask me to pick only one coin then I will happily choose only bitcoins for all my investments and not bothering about any other four coins.

You should save ETH , BTC , LTC , Doge and Ripple. These 5 coins will have a good front future.

I don'r really have a top 5. But I put a lot of hope into XEL, they should have a product released this year, so they will gain next year.

Passion.

You should consider investing in anonymity and master node coins. They have the tendency to multiply your investment into many folds. And do lots and lots of research while studying their charts. Hope this helps. Also always have spare Btc, don't go all in. Keep risk management at the back of your mind as well.

- BTC, the leading coin
- ETH, the best coin for smart contract applications
- LTC, the antechamber of BTC with a very solid roadmap of tech upgrades in the pipeline
- VTC, the Asic resistant coin
- MONA, the Japanese altcoin

Forget XRP, you will lose money with it.

I would recommend Etheroll, Fisrtblood, Mobilego, EOS and IOTA. Esports is going to be huge in recent years.

I am sure you are right, cause I am a player myself, involved in esports.

Problem is theses coins would take too much time to take off, we are talking from years there, when investors want value in days or months

Just take a look at Firstblood which is slowly fading away. Even if they have got a working product in beta, their coin does not attract people who do not search a working product, but a coin which can grow X10 or X100 Wink
I personnaly invested 300$ in firstblood but I think I may lose everything there, cause there is so low volume they may get removed from exchanges soon if nothing change.

People says at this situation it's too risk for investment. But I don't think like that. I think this is best opportunity to buy some altcoin and hold it for couple of years. In my opinion if want to hold for a year then you can invest your money btc, eth, bch, xrp. Those coin are really good for long term investment.

Good coins being mentioned here, some bad ones as well...

My advice; Do some digging on Gulden (NLG). There are some big things ahead. Might be a real gamechanger Smiley

I see only Monero as a possible good hedge against Bitcoin. But I think the marketcap is a bit high already.

If you're willing to take more risk, Byteball is something to keep an eye on, because it's not a copy of Bitcoin, scales, it's bringing merchants on board, and has solid development.

Btw, the next distribution phase is tomorrow.
