Being a Smart Person or Strategic

Is it enough to be smart with just nothing to lean on and go on with your life? Because i feel that there are a lot of people who doesn't know how to handle their money with regards to see in the future. For me it is required to be a master of both things like of course you can not have experience if you are not going to try and some people would think it's a waste of their time if they are doing what they know already like repeating their work over and over again. So it should be in a balance.

Between smart and strategic must run together. Being smart is not enough, just strategic is also not enough. Successful people, they must be smart people and have good strategies too.

I choose being a smart person because if you are really smart, you also know how to handle your money properly. A smart person know to classify what is needed and not necessary in life. If you are a smart person, you will not make careless decisions, specially if your life depends on it. Being strategic means you are calculating every move or decisions that you are going to make including some serious matter, like financial management. So, in life, we both need to be smart and strategic to survive, because these two values are somehow connected or compliment each other.

Yes, I think being smart is also being strategic since you can't have strategy if you are not smart and you are not smart if you can't think some strategies and vice versa. Well it's a mere play of words i think. How can you be strategic if you're not smart? You have to have some level of intelligence to be able to come up with sound strategies for your trades. It can't be all experience you know especially that it's real money we're dealing with
