+3 hours GMT. Basically all models from Russia. It is possible that the time zone will be expanded. Russia is a big country, it is spread out over 7 time zones.

How is Live Stars going to solve those problems? Is that all done through their smart contract?

the team is pretty much Russian, the test models speak Russian and several look Slavic. A few even look maybe related.

I think its because it is not a brandnew real project. YOu can find thousands of cams in the internet already, so it is not really a big improvement for customers.
