Looking forward, we will have all types of real estate, marketing campaigns, advertising, and supplementary services. But the primary target is to deliver smart contracts and direct payments to the rental market. This is the way to apply blockchain relevantly, save much money for market participants, and attract traffic to REALT marketplace. |

I think this is one of the greatest application of the blockchain I've seen so far. Usually one can only buy a property and profit from the rental payments when one's already quite old (or had help from parents). With this business model one can simply own a part of a real estate asset. No wonder there are so many start-ups running with this idea. The question is, which one to invest in. I'm doubting between Real and Atlant so far. I will make my decision after reading their whitepapers and checking their github page.

If it is a transfer of ownership, in many countries it is very sophisticated. That is why Realt is focused on renting, advertising, and professional services for real estate market. |

Thanks for the list. I thought this was not this long. I thought Real Estate projects on blockchain are very limited. I was only introduced in some certain ways to Xaurum Gamma (because of its attractive signature I was led to its ANN thread). REAL and Atlant are kind of famous already being spread across this forum. And then I found this, Oh my! they are actually many. |

For example:

To avoid comparison from one perspective I intentionaly want to avoid my comments on pros and cons of specific project. That's why devs from all projects listed were invited to join the discussion and everybody can decide by himself. |

All cryptocurrency needs more real value asset or people lost their money in a long way if they only invest into platforms, ideas, good PR projects.
For shure every one want to earn fast, also me...but it is very important that you play with money which you can handle to loose. But when you want to invest safer and more long term you invest in real asset value crypto projects.
For me the best project is Xaurum for shure( devs deliveres all they promise in past 2 years and now the making big step foward with systemical team, legal, PR, development, IT, sales, new markets) and Xaurum Gamma( Ico where you can t loose in the beggining because it s backing 1:1 with real estate AND also EXCHANGABLE for real asset.
Of course I also speculate with some others projects...but only with 10% of my crypto portfolio.

More important is what they do with this funds and mechanisms behind the whole idea. Does the value of the coin only depend on the public awareness and information from company or is there a mechanism that pushes the value of the coin up regardless of this two points. |

Does the value of the coin only depend on the public awareness and information from company or is there a mechanism that pushes the value of the coin up regardless of this two points. I think the development will be key over funding that's why our team will be developing our ecosystem with or without us meeting our ICO goal, albeit at a slower pace. |

I predict that of all the projects that are running on your list, only atlant alone will get the most investment because their ads are very interesting. I agree that Atlant is going the heaviest on Marketing (I can't go anywhere without their Ads popping up!) but personally I would like to see more real estate experience on the team.. According to comments in this topic I see that people are excited about: Xaurum Gamma, Real, Atlant and Propy. This is not enough for success of the project but usualy the first step is that people must be interested in a project. |

I once read a property/real estate project: primalbase. Their ICO succeeded with a large fundraiser, but after that many investors were disappointed as prices did not match expectations in the trading market. What is surprising is, after that there are many real estate projects that are convincing and become the current trend, I am somewhat hesitant to follow due to the previous project factors.

One is that company decided to postpone the ICO in order to get things perpared in a correct and legal manner.
This I support. It's mutch better to say OK, We are not prepared enough and that's why we will postpone our ICO.
The second one is more wild. They in the middle of the ICO decided to change industry that they supported and suddenly they are not in Real estate business anymore.
That's really unprofessional behaviour, although the reason might be similar as in the first case.

How many of these projects actually invest their ICO funds into real estate? Seems like most of them are "platforms" yet they are raising millions of dollars. If the money was invested in physical assets this would be reasonable (even relatively small) however developing a top end platform should only cost a fraction of what they are taking. What are they really doing with the money?

A real estate backed cryptocurrency I have been very interested in lately is Propthereum.io. They are an asset backed cryptocurrency on the blockchain expcting a 1566% coin appreciation in a short period of time. Proceeds raised from their ICO will be used to purchase A-grade property worldwide. This property will generate a rental income and underlying value for the PTC token holder. it's true. there a lot of problems circling around real estate, too many middlemen if you buy in other countries, fragmentation of data, and others . Tho, i had looked up with Aqwire project, it aims to solve this problems. |

How many of these projects actually invest their ICO funds into real estate? Seems like most of them are "platforms" yet they are raising millions of dollars. If the money was invested in physical assets this would be reasonable (even relatively small) however developing a top end platform should only cost a fraction of what they are taking. What are they really doing with the money?
Pocketing a lot of it. Spending most of the rest of it on moonshoot all-encompassing platforms that are doomed for failure instead of focusing on a specialty that would facilitate development of an MVP, then actual investment in RE. |

To be honest, most of the real estate blockchain projects have not yet lived up to the expectations, i was expecting real working and succesful platforms and business models from propy, atlant and Real but all of them are taking so long time to get up, i hope they will be in business fully by the end of Q2 2018.

Projects that deal with real estate are likely to be very popular in a few years, as soon as our states still understand what a blockchain is and how to use it, and in the end I think that they will definitely be able to and should switch to blockchain registration of property rights.

Of all the tokens that have real estate platforms, try to mention which ones can be successful and have very high prices for now? nothing seems to be very expensive, that means the image of real estate for ico is no longer good and often fails, I'd better choose ico which has an infrastructure platform or exchange that can currently have high demand and make ico prices become has a fairly high sale value.

Propy had participated in the campaign, but unfortunately, it wasn't finished yet, at that time in social media and finally, there were no results.
