Did you try to re-synch it by deleting everything except for wallet.dat? It often solves the problem but make sure you save your wallet.dat before doing that.

and how to promote the coin? Even if C-CEX will accept IRD and nobody will exchange it for a while, they will put IRD on Delisting List and goodbye... I don't know why people are so in hurry to let this coin disappear.. remember ETH got delayed 9 months.. and it won.

If this is a truly community built coin then we really don't need to hurry for exchange listings because as a community we can reinforce the price that IRD is worth to us by buying and selling OTC with each other for example, so when it hits an exchange we don't go but only up, that is if there's trader's interest for the coin which I believe there will be interest due to specs of the coin.
