KYC/AML is not the only issue with regulation, AML is. And fully aligned =/= banking licence.
ASFAIK only two Swiss banks got FINMA approval for cryptocurrencies as portfolio investment for their customers (you know the names) and still they are limited in what they can offer to their customers - no deposit and withdrawals in crypto.
Are you planning to breakthrough this limitation? If yes - how?

What do you mean by a self-regulating banking system and what benefits will it bring to consumers?
self-regulating banking system means that you bring a level of transparency that do need a single supervisor to ensure the system is not compromise. We have already witness in the past how difficult the banking system is difficult to supervise. |
