When I tried to register to ICO today, they asked me to check boxes to confirm I'm not US citizen or live in US territory.  Is SwissBorg ICO banned in US and US territories?

Why would they have their currency on the HitBTC Exchange?

I can only see bad reviews about that exchange, anyone using it?

I'm a Hitbtc user so far no problem all looks fine and I think not bad Hitbtc as the first exchange for swissborg
because   new exchange will be available so you can skip Hitbtc and wait for another exchange

Offcourse you are not facing any problems with Hitbtc but there are many people who are facing some problems with Hitbtc. Some of my friends faced some problems with their withdrawals and support system are not answering accurately.

Can someone please answer this question?  So US citizens are NOT ALLOWED to participate in ICO, is that correct?  I don't want to put money in and find out I can't get coins later because of citizenship/residency...
