Will all the KYC be completed before the tokens hit the exchanges or there can be some scenario that investors will KYC level 2 won't be able to take part in initial exchange trading?

So you have to click on order you want to trade (buy/sell) but refresh the page so you don't trade an order that's already gone. That will only cost you your gas money for nothing.
