Since ethereum will goes to pos phase there is no way ethereum going lower. It will goes up. When pos phase begin no 9ne can mined it and every body would like to buy ethereum for POS, only 100 million in circulation and ised for POS, making smart contract, doing ICO, investing in some ICO.
How ypu think ? Large demand and low supply.
I think Proof-of-Stake is technically unviable in the long-term. This will be a big failure and will destroy many investors. This is also the reason why Vitalik and the other Ethereum developers keep postponing the switch to PoS. They have far too many unsolved - and maybe unsolvable - issues that need to be dealt with. Besides, none of the current Ethereum developers comes close to Satoshi Nakamoto in terms of ingenuity. ETH had a nice run in 2017, but 2018 will be remembered as the time when ETH finally disappeared in the abyss. |

Because that was need to be tested and you don't give a valid reason about Pos implemented, only said that will be a big failure or something like that just appears as the useless statement. See the NEO and you can take the advantage of the POS system. |

I think it's good enough to buy it now.
More and more ICOs I am confident will have many requests to purchase ETH to participate in ICO projects.
I think next month the price of ETH will go up.

It's currently $286 on coinmarketcap. I need to buy some ETH to participate in an ICO soon. Is now a good time to buy or do you think it will go down more in the next few days?
If you can buy now then much better dont wait for another down trend because downtrend will not happening frequently. Most especially when the month of December is near you can expect upward trend of ethereum it happens every month of December every year. If you have the opportunity to buy that is today and not tomorrow. I encourage you now to act before you missed the opportunity. |

that's the advantage of etherium sooner or later it will be use by most platform and I always love buying even in a small amount so I have investment with this particular coin. |

You never know when the best time to buy is- fluctuations are really usual for cryptocurrencies. However, in the short run the exchange rate against US dollar might decrease a bit, though in the long run it is certain to make up for it and will be on the rise again.
My suggestion is that you should buy a certain amount (maybe a half) at current price rate and than see where the market goes...

I agree, and I do hope Ethereum will slowly recover and maybe reach a new ath because it's been a couple of months already it reached a new higher price. It had been steady around 0.07 - 0.08 and hadn't reached back the 0.10 price again. But anyways, yes you should buy half of the current price and just do averaging so when the coin dips down again buy another set of half of the coin. |

Right now the price is lower than that so you can take the opportunity and buy Ethereum, since you want it to buy into icos I suppose that you do not want to hold for the long term, while it is obvious that you want to maximize the amount of Ethereum that you can to get for your bitcoin I think you should not look too deeply into this, you are just wasting your energy, only watch a coin if you are going to be in for the long term. |

The value of Ethereum is on stable right now. Up and down trend is natural with this kind of crypto since were only depending on the update of the project. Before the end of the month we might expect that bitcoin would go down and might affect heavily some altcoins since Chinese government will take down Bitcoin exchanges on their country.
I am expecting that it might go lower than $200 and that would be the right time to hodl more.
