we actually discussed this earlier in voice chat and found the licensing would be hundreds of thousands of dollars lol, so maybe when we get bigger :p

A other idea I had was isn't it possible for BTCZ to setup there own exchange only for BTCZ/BTC so you have a save platform to buy and sell your BTCZ. I don't have any high degree computer knowledge so I don't know what kind of costs this would bring to the project. Would be glad to hear what you think about this.

Greetings from Holland

I think developing an exchange from the ground up just so BTCZ/BTC can be traded is not realistic.  Even if you license an existing code, the manpower and time needed to customize and maintain it would be considerable. It may be just cheaper to just pay the exchanges the listing fees.

So setting up a website like stocks.exchanges costs a couple million?!?!?

BTCZ should now be strengthened compared to BTC! Money would soon be on the  exchanges. This is good for our donations. BTC will be  8-10 thousand dollars in 1-2 days.

Seems all altcoins has fallen with BTC. But it can not be under $10.000 for sure.

I wouldn't be that sure.

Seriously though, does all the recent news about China and South Korea cracking down effect which exchanges we should be voting for when we donate? I know most people feel it's too soon for BTCZ to get listed on Cryptopia.

Yes! This is what I am talking about. I don't know how to dedicate just one gpu but I'll run 4 1080's for 2 hours each day to the donation address if 3 more people step up to the plate. I just started mining and I have very little income so if I can do it... so can you! I will mine under the workername bitcoinzebra.

This community is what will set BTCZ apart from all these other coins. So let's show everyone why BTCZ is the future.

If you are using EWBF you can use the --cuda_devices tag and assign GPU's to that instance.  ie:  --cuda_devices 0 1  would assign two cards, (devices 0 and 1) to that instance of EWBF.

The bar has been raised!!!  Smiley

Equipool added 4ksol and I added another 4 x 1080ti for a total of around 7.6ksol.

Thanks for helping out.

Seems like you guys have a great little btcz community over there. I just joined the discord. I mine with dstm through awesome miner (newb here). I'm not sure how to do that so I will just switch on an off for a couple hours each day to help. Does the .8% fee from that pool go to the exchange race or to the general fund?

I don't want to speak for Equipool, but I know he is a fan of the BTC Alpha fund as the 3 smaller exchanges will promote healthier growth compared to one large one.  But with that said, I've always assumed the .8% pool fee goes to the general fund.

Thanks to Equipool , xplode145 and renuzit on the Slack channel.   Between the 4 of us we donated 22,000BTCZ and some LTC towards the BTC Alpha Drag race.
Plus Equipool put some serious has power down to match mine.  Still reaping the rewards from that.

Keep up the good work BTCZ community.

With official Btcz miner, the best amd cards (with original bios) are R9 fury (485 sol/s), R9 390 (400 sol/s), Rx Vega 56 (480 sol/s),
but Nvidia cards are better because of energy consumption.
