All alts has centralized teams.
In BTCZ project everything is or will be decentralized. No single point of failure. Everyone can make a difference.

I respect your position and try to correct those who are mistaken here saying that suprnova is bad because he does not donate and has a big hash. A big hash because suprnova is the most popular of the BTCZ pools, you have a large audience of users because of the large number of coins. A donation is a voluntary matter. Anyone who wants to donate by choosing a pool with atomic walks, someone sacrifices himself without the help of a pool ...

  Could you post on btcz.suprnova.cc information on how your miners can help BTCZ in development? This would be your contribution to the development of our community. It's certainly your personal business but I think you do not have to work for free, like all people you need to earn. It's necessary to work honestly and not for free. 0% fee scares ... Make 0,3-0,5% fee so that it does not bother anyone and you earn at least the maintenance of the server.

With its extreme high total supply, bitcoin Z price seems to be hard to reach high level as BCH. You are likely too optimistic.

BitcoinZ is a ZEC fork.  It is a community coin like BTC started. 

BitcoinZ has the same functionality as ZEC.  Even the version numbers are the same.  The difference is with mining and the fact their is a limit of 21 Billion Coins for BitcoinZ instead of 21 million for ZEC.  This does not include the wallet differences.

The community and developers decided not to make any changes to ZEC when forking this coin.  A great decision because ZEC and ZEN are the two best coins.  And keeping the functionality the same as ZEC means it can't be screwed up. 

Think of this as a practical application of ZEC.  There are enough coins for everyone.  Anyone can own numerous BitcoinZ coins.  Not so with ZEC - most can only own fractions.  This means that BitcoinZ can used as a means of exchange.  This coin can used as currency. 

Buying something with Bitcoins or ZEC is like trying to buy a pizza with a gold bar and a hacksaw.  Buying something with BitcoinZ is like using cash anywhere in the world with an optional privacy feature - ZK Snarks (Zero Knowledge Algorithm).

This coin has great potential for any developer to build a wrapper around the coin and for actual currency utilization.

I personally really appreciate the 0% mining fee right now. Thank-you!!  I run a business too and I completely get the 1% is your profit help keep your business going.  For you to cut your own throat and remove that 1% to me shows that you are committed to BTCZ by giving back to the BTCZ miners.  For me it allows me to throw that 1% (and more) back into the projects and races that I choose by donating where I want it to go and not where my mining pool wants it to go.  After all that's what the voting/donating system was for wasn't it?

I get a little upset when Suprnova is called crap and bad mouthed.  They didn't direct the majority of hash to their pool. We the miners did. So please don't blame him, blame us the miners.

I've been with Suprnova since early November, and I've tried 3 other pools and keep going back.  Why, because it works for me. The latency is good to my location. The payouts are reliable, fast and consistent.  But that's my operation.  As a miner you need to find out what pool works best for you.

This project is amazing, and with decentralization comes some disorder, but this coin will succeed because it has people who donating from all angles and embraces the true essence of the crypto revolution.
Developers donating time.
Miners donating their profits.
Pools donating and giving their profits back to miners.

Some miners are going to be greedy and put the 1% back in their pocket.  So be it.  Unfortunate, but the way of the world.

We should be thankful for any donation.  If Ocminer chooses to put a donation blurb on his BTCZ pool so be it, we can be thankful. But if he doesn't we shouldn't chastise or be negative, he's already given up his profits for this coin.
