For me, price whitch we have today is totaly best, because we expecting market cap 20 bil USD, whitch will brings parity with dolar, after that, BTCZ will be great crypto for daily use.

The windows wallet is a nightmare. Is anyone working on this?

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't work. I must truggle with the wallet every time I reopen it.

At me too constant problemmy with synchronization of a purse. have to reset the purse completely several times a day, tired already. Although before everything worked without problems. Sorry for bad English

I am using BitcoinZ Wallet 1.1.0_1.2.  I got an error similar to this.  Here's how I fixed it:

1.  Close the Wallet.
2.  Open a Windows Command Prompt in Administrator mode.
3.  Type in at the prompt> netsh winsock reset
4.  Wait for the message stating success - this includes that the computer must be restarted.
5.  Close the command prompt.
6.  Shut down (turn off) the computer.
7.  Turn on the computer.
8.  Open Bitcoin Z Wallet.

This worked for me. 

Something is getting corrupted with the sockets - they are not getting reset or disconnected in the correct sequence.  It has been more than 10 years since I programmed Java opening and closing sockets in the correct sequence.

Yes. Download https://github.com/bitcoinz-wallets/bitcoinz-swing-wallet/releases/tag/1.1.5.1-patched and if it doesn’t work just reindex for ine last time.
After this you shouldn’t get EOF error again.

Nope. I installed it about a week ago and since that reindexed it about five times. In short - almost every day. Regular EOF error.

UPD: Ah, I see there is a new patched version. I'll try it.

Patched version reindexes very slowly, I'd say five time slower than previous version.

Hey BitcoinZ community members,

As many of you have noticed there has been an EOF issue regarding the swing wallet for the past 3 weeks. The devs found what the cause of the problem was and it has been patched. The patched swing wallet can be found here: https://github.com/bitcoinz-wallets/bitcoinz-swing-wallet/releases/tag/1.1.5.1-patched If the EOF error is still happening, close the wallet, run the ‘resync’ tool found in the tools folder and restart the wallet.

We will have an “official” release later this week

If you have a connection error when you start the wallet, close the wallet, delete content in your AppData/BitcoinZ folder but DON'T delete the file wallet.dat ! Then restart the wallet exe.

I have deleted every thing except wallet.dat and it worked for me, my wallet is now working and coins are coming in.

You are expecting a market capitalization of 20 billion USD for BitcoinZ? That's gonna take a loooong time until we might see BTCZ hit that price
