LAT is not considered as securities according to Howey Test but lattoken will be used to buy securities, right?, its gonna be used to buy such things as stock as i see on the web, Guys what is the price with 15% discount?

Good morning.  If you can’t provide shares to tokenize them - it’s impossible to sell them on LAToken platform during the life of the forward contract. The shares will be used as collateral once they are tokenized. So, the owner can’t sell them. |

LAToken team promise to provide market making services on LAT exchange. They will be the only seller of tokenized shares initially. After thoroughly testing and finalizing this model they will allow small amount of qualified users to experiment. |

Initially LAToken exchange will use simplified clearing procedures. LAToken exchange plans to apply DVP model & given that LAToken market making desk will be the only seller, so LAToken instantly receive LAT from the client purchase, while client will instantly receive tokenized shares. At the settlement of the forward contract the reverse trade will be executed by LAToken at the current market price (in case the client holds the contract till expiration). |

LAT is not considered as securities according to Howey Test I still doubt it that Latoken pass Howey Test, most if not all the ICOs are securities, CHina has made their own move, I will be waiting for SEC to come out with their own sledge hammer on ICOs soon, just make sure you are paying your tax because this issue too will surface |

I think no. Your real estate already pledged. And maybe yes. Accredited third-party companies can solve it. If you are a member of an owners association or if you somehow managed to administer the “loan” / shareholders agreements with the central credit register. These issues are similar for LAToken model and for a traditional model. And this problems must have the same solution. |

I interested in it too. The 1st step of any real estate tokenization must be transferring a share of your asset to a trustee who keeps it until the settlement date. But I did not fully understand the transfer procedure yet.  |

That’s not something that can be just ignored because you are paying tokens via a blockchain.
