i think If the LAToken token already exists in a development market, because I see this project growing very well, there are many project enthusiasts and LAToken model has several advantages

I think it is only if you compare it with fiat world. If you stay in crypto - no problem. I believe crypto currencies become a huge part of our lives. |

What is the difference between pre-sale tokens time and 3 rd round if the price is same 0.0013eth?
there's no difference, but you'll get 15% bonus during pre-sale phase.
Question about the frozen tokens. LAT whitepaper discloses that they will be release over the next 5 years. But how and to whom do they get released to?
we'll sell 0,02% per day after 5 years. The whole process will continue for 2000 days. |

I am interested in this too. BTC, Bitshares, Kraken, Bitfinex, Bittrex i think. But the official announcement was not yet. We'll be listed by the end of the token sale. Full list of exchanges will be announced a bit later. |

The LAToken model has several advantages.
a) Blockchain is vital to store property rights of tokens and process transactions which enable secondary market for fractional ownership.
b) Tokenisation allows to sell fractions of assets on a secondary market. LAToken make tradable real assets in crypto. This makes illiquid assets liquid and unlock their value for asset owners, while crypto investors enjoy opportunity to diversify crypto portfolio into real assets without exchanging crypto to fiat.
I still do not fully understand the benefits of the LAToken business model as compared to the traditional model. |

May be in this form will be clearer for you.  1. Homeowner borrows cash against property -- Nope, they SELL part of their property. 2. Local vendor provides appraisal -- Independent appraisals are used as a benchmark to ensure that the prices are fair. However prices of tokens and property sale are determined by market auctions at the settlement date. 3. Local custodian holds property -- Custodian can be international, there will be many certified custodians. 4. Homeowner auctions tokens representing property on LAT platform -- Initially tokens backed by property are sold by a custody, which uses cash from token sale to buy a part of property. 5. Homeowner can repurchase property from current token owner at newly appraised price (centralized, may be lowered) -- Custody sells the property at an auction which together with independent appraisal insures that the price is fair. Insurances will be used. |
