Here's the way Spectre is going to do the pre-sale  on October 27. This is really a fantastic renovation. Read what this pre-sale model is sparing you from:

"We are going to do our sale in a phased manner and it will be based on "First Come First Served" basis. And contribution address will be published in a password protected area. Emails will be sent to investors asking them to login at a specified time to know the address. Also investors will be able to participate only during the specified time slots.

We are doing this so our community don't need to worry abt,

1. waking up in the middle of the night to participate in the ICO
2. Setting higher gas during the transaction

The first day I read about this project I fall in love with it and they've been responsive to the community concern, I just hope they get this new model they are trying to work our right, for me, the dividends token is the best and I'm going for it. The way this project is structured they is no need for utility based token but since the community want that you give them
