Hi Guys,

I cannot say that everything is clear to me about Pre Sale so I have a question:

If I'm registered and whitelisted for presale with amount of, lets say, 10 ether can I buy 10 ETH worth of spectre-D tokens & 10 ETH of spectre-U tokens each

or I must buy 5 ETH worth of spectre-D tokens & 5 ETH of spectre-U tokens ?

You get what is called a Stem Token when you invest. Then after the ICO is over you can convert that into d or u. So you would only get 10 ETH worth of tokens total.

By the 23rd of October, investors will have to have
specified the exact amount of ETH they wish to contribute in the pre-sale registration form. If during the sale they attempt to send a transaction with less ETH than indicated in the pre-sale registration, then the transaction may be rejected and the ETH will be returned to the contributor. (Instructions on how to handle gas will be published in a tutorial closer to the pre-sale date).

As per the terms during registration for ICO, I'm not a US citizen/permanent resident. However, to make sure I'm not doing anything against law, can a non US citizen, currently living in USA on work visa register for this ICO? My current country of residence is USA and I do not see it in the list of countries during registration.

With 1 ETH you get 2000 tokens + 33% bonus (=2660 tokens) in the presale.

With 1 ETH you get 2000 tokens + 11% (= 2220 tokens) bonus during the first week of the crowdsale.

The first day I read about this project I fall in love with it and they've been responsive to the community concern, I just hope they get this new model they are trying to work our right, for me, the dividends token is the best and I'm going for it. The way this project is structured they is no need for utility based token but since the community want that you give them

Just a personal opinion , never fall in love with a project , I mean come on. You are accurate , the team itself is very receptive with the community and it's a great great thing for Spectre. However , the dividends tokens is really a great ideea and a lot of us will join the project don't u worry. I still want to see how Spectre token will really be used in the real world cause it's a real competition out there but Spectre can do it i'm confident in this.

PitLord. You can have both tokens according to your own allocation. Dividend tokens distribute dividends to you, and utility tokens give you some privileges in trading. If you are referring to the sale, you buy the tokens.  Once the sale is over, you receive a stem token.  You then take the stem token and have it converted into the dividend token or the utility token.  You are only buying the token once.

This will be dealt with after the pre-sale when the results come out.

There was first only one token, the dividend distributing one, but after there were many request for a utility token, the change was made. Traders want a utility token, because it can be traded in big bourses, and besides it gives some privileges to traders - higher trading profits, more trading types etc.  As to the divy token, its trading possibilities are much more restricted. Take a look at pros and cons in this link:

So it is not so sure all investors want only dividend tokens. I believe many investors want both.
