No it is not too late to get in on the pre-sale.  The pre-sale begins in 24 hours.  During the first 3 days of the pre-sale only people who signed up for the pre-sale white-list will be able to buy tokens.  After the third day of the pre-sale anyone who signed up or does sign up on the website can purchase tokens at that time.  If any tokens remain after day 3 of the pre-sale you can still receive a bonus of 33% or 22% until November 5th when the pre-sale ends.  The bonus is 33% until the half the supply is sold.  The bonus is 22% for the remaining half of the supply.  The pre-sale has been uncapped due to high demand.  If there are remaining tokens after November 5th there is a main-sale on November 17th.

And yes the bounty program is live.

I have some questions:
Is it possible that all tokens are sold out in the first 1,2, or 3days, so it would be too late to come any time later?
Will I know if I will receive 33% bonus before I actually send ETH?

You can look on the smart contract right before you invest.  You will have the address for smart contact at that point.  If less than 50,000 ETH are in you get 33% bonus.  If more than 50,000 ETH are in you get 22% bonus during the pre-sale.

As to the sale ending for before it opens up?  If the entire white-list of 5000 plus investors buy the max it will end near the last few hundred people on the white-list.  White-lists are unpredictable but "my guess" is there will some available after day three ends.

In my country, there are many groups ICO evaluate this project 9/10 score or even 10/10 (potential and promissing).
So, maybe it will happen like Aventus, complete within few minutes

1 ETh = 2000 tokens plus any bonus tokens during presale.
The first 100 million tokens (c. $15 million in value) purchased in the pre-sale will carry with them a 33% bonus. Any additional tokens purchased during the presale will be sold with a 22% bonus. This means that if someone contributes, for example, 1 ETH to purchase 2.000 Tokens (as per the token price) before the first 100 million tokens are sold, then they will end up with 2,000 tokens plus 660 tokens; so in total 2,660 tokens. If their contribution happens after 100 millions tokens have been sold, then they will end up with 2.000 tokens plus 440 tokens, so in total 2,440 tokens.
