As far as I know there are no projects that allows US citizens to participate in ICOs. But remember that cryptocurrencies are decentralized and no government can block you from investing and making profits

They will spend a lot of money on licenses and "compliant legal & regulatory structure". Maybe NaPoleon Crypto can get approval from the SEC? However, the next question then becomes, how to handle taxes...

algorithm can just support a trader or your algorithm is an AI from the future big data and neuro learning feature. the positive aspect of using emotions in trading is called intuition.

I would say that experienced human trader will always beat bots but not many users can say that they are experienced. Biggest advantage of bot is that he don't need to sleep and he never panics
