They already took care of the issue, the token will legally be an asset token, and have taken all the regulatory precautions with the token, ICO, business model, etc., so don't worry about it, they have it covered .

Just updated the Whitepaper into my languages and saw some great new things!

As participant to the NaPoleonX ICO, each subscriber will be attributed some NPX tokens. Essentially, the NPX token is a token giving right to:
• the personal usage of the trading bots signals of the trading bots that will be implemented in the 10 first DAFs. Corresponding signals will be transmitted to the NPX token holders through a mechanism that shall ensure that NPX tokens are needed to access this information. In addition, there will be a mechanism so that the more tokens are hold, the soonest the information is delivered. The usage will be at the sole discretion of the NPX token holders.

So you will get all the signals that the bots find!

But you need more tokens to get the signal faster, right? That means if big whales buy a lot of tokens they will get signals first before everyone else, that's somehow sad because I think there should be just a minimum token amount you should hold to get the signals all at the same time for everyone. But on the other side I can understand that they want to give something back to people who invested a lot. Just on the other side, some people also invest "a lot" maybe, for their possibilities :/

It would have been good to have some more details from the project team about how soon signals are delivered vs how much NPX an investor is holding. This could really impact how much people NPX people would want to buy (ie. in order to have a 'reasonable' signal delivery timeframe), or even let people make a decision to not bother buying as well.
It would also be good to know whether NPX tokens are consumed when accessing the trading bot signals.

I don't always get it either. some pre-sales are for special contributors, wales and the like. but having a pre-sale without a difference from the main sale makes no sense.

Can`t agree with your statement! A pre-sale will be open on November 12th and will end on December 3rd 2017 only to people having registered for the green list!
And the ICO will be open to everybody. If the minimum cap (25 000 ETH) is not reached after the ICO period, as is written in the website only ICO participants can claim their Ether back from the contract.

looks very interested project, and marking strategy is very sold. i think NapoleonX project is very profitable for investors and traders to part of this project. token holder can make good commission when trader trade or rent on bots. i never seen like this opportunity.

I am very interested how good such a bot can work. I think at the beginning there could be some problems which should not take place.

Yeah, I hope the bots are tested good enough before they start trading with the money of the investors so that they won't start losing money because of some bugs.

Staff and sympathizers work hard enough nowadays to identify possible failures and delays, congratulations for that. It will really bring a complete platform for your investors and the application of the concept will surely be spectacular at the right time. NapoleonX is by far one of the most promising of the moment

NapoloenX team is professional. i think they will after test then they will issue to users. i don't think bot will show some bugs. this will be work smoothly.

this fork is throwing a monkey wrench into the plans of developer out there with an ICO. I'm hoping the good ones get their caps met.

For sure pre sale investors got discounts. Otherwise there would be no incentive to enter a presale (with extra risk). Risk has to be rewarded with discounts

I never used something like it, because it is not easy to trust this kind of systems but napoleonx gave that trust from day one. I hope I don't have to wait too long to try it.

I would also like to try. There are simple bots to trade on exchanges, but they just perform the role of automating teams. And here the bot is more complicated, with an algorithm that can act independently.

No that's not the reason. As far as I know, both pre-sale and main-ICO have a minimum contribution of 1 ETH. They changed this from originally 0.01 ETH.
