u r tottally ignorant. I made an order of the first batch, the payment of which went smoothly. A couple of weeks ago which i was informed that my order would be delayed. So far, all was ok. On the release of the 2nd batch, i made a group order with some friends. They changed the the beneficiary and the account. We wire the money, and then , the bank asks all these questions about russian weapon dealers. This happened yesterday.I wrote to Baikal to clarify matters, and still no answer. Whats your problem? What are you saying? That i am lying? Did u buy some and had them delivered? I'll be glad to read that. Anyways, if this isn't relevant to you, you have no place here.

Yes you are either lying or not the sharpest tool in the shed. No one would have a company steal 4k from them, show up in a thread acting like they never heard of the company before, send them thousands of dollars for a preorder not once but apparently twice, then post a story about how you are familiar with the company from when they stole your money 6 months ago. Either way I am here because I am waiting on my miners which I have pre orderd and want to help the people that aren't bashing the company. THEY INCLUDE POWER SUPPLY!
For everyone else, I have reached out to baikal to confirm the banking info for the second batch, even though I am only part of the first batch. Hopefully everyone can get their orders straight.

You have misunderstood me. The story above, I found after my bank started giving me trouble about Russians weapon dealers. That’s when I started researching the internet and bumped in to this story, and posted it with a link. I never said I was ripped off. I just got worried, that’s all. Concerning the account. Since u verified both accounts given by them u can surely verify that they gave different accounts for the two batches. First was for vitcore and second was Baikal Holdings. I wrote to them and they haven’t answer... I have a considerable amount landed in NY right now, no answer from them, the bank that I made the wire from asking questions, so it is oly natural to start worrying about my first order too. No offense but if I were u, I would be worried as well. ...

So it looks like they switched to their Hongkong account to make it easier for people. Since their name matches a russian company I think this had the opposite effect. Clearly there is a language barrier but they seem frustrated as well. Hopefully things will get sorted out for everyone.

Did they give that same warning the second batch? I know they did on the first one but I assumed it was due to hiding the fact this was related to mining and not the russian company thing.

Yeah I'm guessing they kept their previous instructions and just updated the bank info. Maybe you can ask them if you can use the previous bank? That one had much less issues as best I can tell.

You just don’t get it man. I sent the money and they are on the other side of the globe now.The friend that made the wire ( theough) a company account is questioned by the bank. His accountant did a research and found out that baikal is a company ( or its account) created August 2017. My friends company is in danger of getting black listed, and we are in danger of losing our money as accomplices in I don’t know what...
And you just posted me a letter of theirs in which they say to you that you don’t have to do business with them in order to be friends. W O W !

I can see how that is a scary situation. I hope that it will be resolved as the baikal we are dealing with as best I can tell isn't the illegal company with the same name. In the end of the day I hope the concerned banks can confirm this and let your money go through as intended.

As i have made orders for both batches i try to be positive. The 15th of November is my threshold, where i expect to be informed by them about the delivery of the first batch.

I feel more secure dealing with Bitmain. They haven't reached the same level of customer service yet.

In 20 of october I transfered 1526 USD to the Baikal bank account.
My bank reduced the amount of money from my account. (The bank did not ask me (yet) about the russian dealers)
I was waiting for the confirmation from Baikal as they got my money, but they did not. So asked them yesterday. And I got the answer too.
"Hi,
I would like to ask you. Did you receive my payment? It should be on your account by now.
Please let me know."
Answer from Baikal:
"Hi，
Please be more patience.
We will let you know as soon as we received it."
F***'n when?

Usually international wire transfer from US to Singapore/Hong Kong only takes three business days, IF everything goes through smoothly and the banks - both sending side and receiving side do not mess up... however, in some cases, it would take much longer, weeks to get the fund finally transferred to the receiving account... just google "international wire transfer issue", you will get tons of cases from customers who are fked by banks, both side, and of cause, the banks always blame each other and you will never know what the hell is going on if you get screwed... |
