Still not known when token becomes transferable or appear on any exchange ?
better join their telegram group. Paycent team is mostly active there. Before asking questions, try back reading post first to see if the question have been answered already

On telegram it was mentioned that it's being listed only on decentralized exchanges for now, that's a bit dissapointing.
Tokens are now listed in these exchanges:

https://idex.market/eth/pyn
http://token.store/trade/PYN

And tommorow night Tomorrow night mercatox
I think it's a good start

PYN will go live this week!
I hope Paycent would start working on their own exchange as soon as possible

There is no procedure, the website adds those coins that have a volume of sales more than $10,000 a day

Multiple Bitcoin debit card providers suspend service under orders of Visa,  The companies affected include Bitwala, Cryptopay, Wirex, and TenX. Are Paycent project affected with those new laws?

In the telegram channel they said that their provider is not wavecrest (the one that affected all above startups). It would be interesting to know what is the Paycent's partner for card payment solutions.

According to Paycent, they've started giving out PYN but I haven't received any yet. Is there any contributors who already received their tokens?

I think Paycent distributed PYN token on December but they have NOT sent out any email notification about it. I did not know about it until I contacted Paycent directly. I think there was some sort of issue with Pre-ICO process and caused lots of confusion.  But anyway, go to their official paycent (www.paycent.com) and contact them through "contact us" page, it should be at upper right corner. They will ask  few questions to make sure that you are legit. By the way, there email response is really quick, within 24 hours (not weekend)
