I went thru all the materials and this seems a complete project. The downsize is a complete novelty, I guess the guys feel really strong w/ the product and platform. Also the fact that this is a completely operational product to launch in a month is trustworthy. How come this didn't happen before? Seems so obvious to disrupt the lottery market in global scale

SmartBillions is about the smart contract  The team created the smart contract and everyone may validate it.
It's better to judge the technology than a team behind it.
Moreover you cannot validate the team members in most ICO's, here you can validate the technology.

SmartBillions lottery ticket value is flexible 0.001 - 1 ETH. This means that the win value can exceed the Jackpot value. The Jakcpot managements and payout rules are desrcribed in Whitepaper:

"If a particular player’s win makes up more than 50% of the Jackpot value,
that player can instantly withdraw only 50% of the Jackpot. After that, the
player will be able to cash out up to 50% of the Jackpot value every period
(approx. 1 month) until the withdrawal of the total value of the win. This provision
ensures continued high Jackpot values, driving the lottery’s appeal to
the gaming clients.
The walletBalanceOf Function will inform about the lottery balance for the
specific address (please see Appendix).
The walletBlockOff Function will inform about the soonest possible withdrawal
date from the Jackpot for the specific address (please see Appendix)."

Such rules will protect the Jackpot value and even in case if the first Ticket wins Jackpot, the Jackpot value will be still attractive to other players.

Read the white paper. Good Job, looks confident to me. Im tired all of that scam in the ICO market, this one keeps my eye on as at really is really looking neat.  The total coin supply is limited? There is no mining etc? the only way to obtain the tokens is ICO or exchanges?

I Think you ve just misinterpretted the whole idea behind blockchain backbone. With in the logic you presented the founder of bitcoin would also be a felon. This why the decentralization takes place, so the democratic, people driven initiatives that are free from regulations and state governance, can run and disrupt the system that is full of bullshit. This is also the reason bitcoin was created. The frictionless economy, i think  SmartBillions is doing exactly that, serving people the service that is free from monopoly, while being decentralized, it is safe and can make change to the industry. While you bascially ignore all the facts in favour of hating, to drive awarness to your coin and site that doesnt even have a whitepaper. Dude, it really shows.
