Smartbillion built the first independent blockchain lottery based on the Ethereum smart contract architecture. It is the first fully decentralized and transparent lottery managed by an Ethereum smart contract.

SmartBillons got featured on Huffington Post. Thats cool, more buzz coming in, giving the fact that the project was announced some 2 weeks ago. I see a big win here!

The best part that blockchain technology brings is the transparency in this whole lottery process and the icing on the cake is the lower house edge. Hoping and wishing that this coin takes off as I am going to participate in this ICO.

Let the lottery be at least three times honest. Still, there will be more losers than winners in the definition. How do you not admire this project, but the question remains: Where will you find a crowd of simpletons who will play in it?

The project is very interesting, but will it be able to recoup itself? Are there any guarantees?

What are you talking about?
Well, I mean, can it happen that too many people will win?

Could it be that more people will win than planned, and it will not be possible for everyone to pay money?

Most likely this situation can not happen. The system is fairly balanced

At the very end, I do not fully understand how this system works, and how the winnings, the jackpot and dividend payouts are distributed
