No, seems like the creator of the contract withdrawn the the first amount of ETH himself. First withdrawn address 0x4e49a19df5876ac6b20918b251138aab218cea81 is the same as contract creator. I don't get it. Do they run a hackathon or not?

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

this would be my first ico I'm interested in. Can someone please tell me what I need and have to do to join this ico? I know that it will start next week and that I most likely need some ether. But then, how will this work when the ico starts?
Do I need a special wallet? currently I'm using a ledger nano wallet Do I need an account somewhere? Will I just send some ether to the smart contract and the source address is the payout address for dividends?
sorry for this newbie questions
I am sure they will publish a guide article.

I was confused because on their website they still link to the hackathon address (and hence the same contract sourcecode) of the second round: https://www.smartbillions.com/hackathon.htmlSo now we are in the third round. What's the contract address of the third rounds contract?

vroom thank you for your post. The ledger nano will work perfectly during the ICO, you will just have to send the ETH to the contract. All the needed information will be posted in the ico site before the ICO : https://smartbillions.com/ico.htmlYou just need to send an ETH to the contract and you will receive the tokens back. If you have any other questions feel free to ask I will be more than happy to help you.

What's the contract address of the third rounds contract? Hi, please check the announcement. New contract address: https://etherscan.io/address/0x6f6deb5db0c4994a8283a01d6cfeeb27fc3bbe9cThe contract was improved. The Hackathon prize will be soon sens to the new address. Dear SmartBillions community! Last days of Hackathon generated a positive response and very valuable feedback from the community. Based on user comments, we have decided to deploy an updated version of the contract with the following improvements: 1. We have fixed minor spelling mistakes ( https://github.com/SmartBillions/SmartBillions/pull/1). 2. We have changed the token name to “SMART” to solve the occurred conflict with HEROcoin ICO ( https://github.com/kvhnuke/etherwallet/pull/1104). 3. We have changed the management of the payment periods and decided to use Timestamp rather than the Block.time ( https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/74d3dc/smartbillions_lottery_contract_just_got_hacked/dnyjtm2/). 4. We have changed the putHash function, to prevent misalignment in the hash database. The contract is now available at: https://etherscan.io/address/0x6f6deb5db0c4994a8283a01d6cfeeb27fc3bbe9cThe jackpot of the contract will be filled with tomorrow (2017-10-10) 12:00 GMT, after preparing the contract database. The funds from the old contract ( https://etherscan.io/address/0x103c2c150a2dbcc277ee084c59881978060c8c22) will be withdrawn, according to the hackathon rules, and deposited to the new address. We would like to thank all the hackathon participants for active involvement in the contract improvements. The HACKATHON will continue and we will be working on further improvements, if requested and justified.

The terms of this are very good for investors. Do you have in your team people experienced in the legal issues of running such project?

The SmartBillions idea is to create an decentralised, independent and self-amending lottery. SmartBillions is a smart contract not a company, the development team created the contract but it is autonomous.

Can you please provide us with more information about ticket sales and your 2018 roadmap?
This project is all about marketing and usability. It needs good applications, many supported languages and payment methods. There are plans for a mobile wallet in 2018 but the rest of the roadmap is blurred out. Will you provide the necessary applications for ticket sales, can we see them before the ICO starts?
This projects has some striking parallels to the blockchain technology. The developers are a mystery and the project breaks a century old monopoly. It has good potential to become some kind of open source lottery with many developers working on tools and interfaces to help the project succeed.

I also have a question about the jackpot payout. If someone wins the jackpot and there is not enough money, I understand that the winner can withdraw 50% from the jackpot per month. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
What if there are multiple jackpot winners waiting for payments, will they all get 50% from the jackpot?

vroom to anwer you questions: 1. Yes the players wins more than 50 % of the Jackpot he may withdraw only 50 % of the Jackpot value at once, and every month he may collect 50 % of the Jackpot value until he collects the whole winning. 2. If there're multiple winners each of them will be able to withdraw 50 % of the current Jackpot value once per month.
