because of the hardcap you risk missing out if this ICO is very successful.

There is a ethereum fork on the same day as the ICO, I think it's even the same hour. Is it safe to make transactions in the first hours of the fork? Will the wallets already support the fork from the beginning?

For TrueFlip, the post ICO price (Exchange) was 50% cheaper than the ICO price. Personally for this reason, I will buy after the ICO on Exchange, and I'm pretty sure the price will be 50% Cheaper

SmartBiilions is a lottery based on the Ethereums' smart contract, fully transparent and decentralised. Where TrueFlip is a lottery that is administrated by the Admin.

If you want fact, then keep it real: Trueflip had a working MVP before ICO (you don't) TrueFlip promise in his roadmap to become fully decentralized (so that's not a good point you just made) So by the time you have MVP ready, maybe they will be already decentralized Anyway, mark my word: 15 days after ICO price, I'll be able to buy your token for 50% discount over ICO price. That is my gamble

However, I'm still having hard time to understand how you plan to pay a winning 5 ETH bet (2 Billions ?!) if you only raise let say 10 million and put 90% of it in the jackpot.
Can you please details, I'm too stupid to understand that point on your Whitepaper.

I can't find a lot of legal information. Don't you need some kind of lottery license for this? Governments are really strict about this.
Or can you bypass the law because it is a smart contract? And you don't manage the funds? Not sure if these rules are the same in every country.

yes, thanks to the smart contract there is no 3rd party involved, it's all automated. it's like bitcoin, you can not ban it. it comes and it will stay.

That is new to me, congratulations and good point. But please answer me: "How you plan to pay a winning 5 ETH bet (2 Billions ?!) if you only raise let say 10 million and put 90% of it in the jackpot."

That is what I like the most about this project, that's really beautiful, just bad choice of using of a dot com for your main domain name (since we know how many .com get squatted by Federal Gov in past, last in date being BTC-e.com).

If the winning will exceed 50 % of the Jackpot value the winner will be able to collect at once only 50 % of the Jackpot value, and each month he will be able to collect 50 % of the Jackpot value untill he withdraws all his winnings. This protects the lottery and ensures that lottery Jackpot will always be attractive for the players.

But please answer me: "How you plan to pay a winning 5 ETH bet (2 Billions ?!) if you only raise let say 10 million and put 90% of it in the jackpot."
So basically you heavily advertise something extremely misleading by telling the "World's first multibillion" There is absolutely no billion today since ultimately the value of the multiplier is limited to the Jackpot that will be 90% of the amount raised during ICO + a good amount in % of the future daily ticket sales. The max win is not 2 324 000 000 (2.34 billion) USD*, the max win is the jackpot The same SmartBillion jackpot can be up to 2.34 billion, TrueFlip jackpot could be 5 Billion, or EuroMillion is capped to 190 Million (but they never advertise 190 Million except when it's actually the actual true jackpot). This is completely misleading what you are doing....
