The dividend's are not processed automatically. They are stored in the smart contract, your dividends will be kept there until you collect it. Check a few posts up for instructions on how to do that.

First SmartBillions dividend period ends after the 4680386 ETH Block - around 1 pm 5.12.2017. After this block all token holders will be allowed to withdraw their dividends from SmartBillions smart contract.

Please transfer all your SMART Tokens to your ETH wallets with private key access. Please do not keep your Tokens on the exchanges when the Dividend period ends.

How to claim your Dividend:

You will receive your dividend automatically.
Note: If you claim your dividend for the first time you may have to send the transaction twice.

The instructions are not precise or Ethereum sucks or both.
For 20 minutes I got stuck because the "payDividends function" appeared to me as just the "Dividends" function.
Below that field I was required to fill another 2 fields:
"uint256" and a child filed of the same "uint256" field where there is a default " which made no sense to me.
At some point, perhaps by refreshing the page, it started to work like in the instructions.
But in no point I have found the option where to set GAS price to 1 gwei.
Where should I set it? I would not like to end up paying more gas for the transaction than the amount of my dividents.

Can the team provide instruction how to collect from a mist wallet ? Mist does not allow to send 0 ether...

When I last posted about this there was 6000 ETH, now there is 5400 ETH.

Have you seen the ETH/USD exchange rate recently?  It was over $700 for a couple of days.  It's just people who want to reclaim their ETH and claim some profit now.

You have to bet with ETH. It is most convenient to bet when the ETH network is not overloaded, then you can set a minimum gas charge, and betting with 0.001 is a viable option. If the network fees are really large, then betting with a small value is not worth the transaction fee that you pay.

The SmartBillion token can be redeemed for ETH, or you can hold on to it and harvest the dividends that are paid out on a monthly basis.

Wasnt the jackpot amount supposed to grow, not decrease? Players of the lottery are getting a worse deal with every passing day.
Btw 5400 ETH is cca. $3.7M, which is a long way off from a "multi-billion-dollar" lottery jackpot.

I am not sure why, jackpot should be at least $4.1M(6200ETH was in pot 6 days ago). Few hundred thousand dollars are missing from that pot.

More people playing the lottery increases the odds of someone hitting the jackpot.

Also, they are misleading by saying you can win 70k ETH. They don't have that, they only have like 6k ETH. That's it. Plus, they only dole out 5% of ticket sales to the token holders, which is pretty low. And how to increase ticket sales? They are so many lotteries out there, people don't know about smartbillions. It takes a lot of marketing effort, and thus expenses, to raise awareness.

I just don't see the edge here.
