i think it is a little bit too soon to start celebrating but yeah the recovery has been pretty interesting! the price momentarily dropped below $3000 (which in fact reminded my of the $1800 drop this year after the first $2500 test) and it could not last long enough for anyone to react! the price jumped back up.

one thing is for sure, in a couple of days all the news will come out and all Chinese exchanges will either close down or they will announce something clear and that will be final sure end to this nonsense.

I just woke up seeing the price at Preev at $29xx and have a breakfast little chat with families and then when I came back I'm can't believe that it jump to $34xx now. I guess its to early to rejoice but this is a good sight to see that finally we are able to go up again after going down below $3000. Yeah, it is back because the westerners just had their breakfast. The cycle has been like this for almost a week now, the price goes down every "Chinese morning" and then it bounces back as the Englishmen starts their day trading. Either ways, nobody can stand in front of us and say that Bitcoin had stopped increasing it's value annually... It is still one of the best when it comes to long term investment.

I guess the fair price for bitcoin this year was it's price right after the ETF news, that was between March and May - as far as I can recall... so anything more than that is just a hype. Let us hope for the $8000 mark next year though.

Holding or Hodling is a good method indeed, I tried to trade some times in the beginning and always failing hard, thats just because I was too greedy to maximize my profits, now I learned if you know a coin is going up just take a few % gains on it and hop out the train, but there are some very good traders getting max profit even if market is dipping, hodling or buying in panics is the best way the best method the best technique to stack upp !!!

Agreed! I have always trusted bitcoin and didn't sell any single coin during this time. I knew it was bound to be back. My only regret is that, I couldn't buy during the dip. A big amount of ETH transfer is stuck from C-cex since last two days and they are still working on my ticket. If I had that fund with me, I would have converted all in to bitcoin at the lower price.

But I am truly happy that people have believed bitcoin and its potential. It's again proved that China or JPM CEO can't alone make a mjaor impact which can last longer. I would have to agree, and a lot of us would do well to remember this. I believe the panic comes from seeing BTC at an all time high, then the significant drop. Next, the uncertainty of whether to buy in to the dip or hope that it drops further to get BTC at its lowest. The is still going strong after we see the price going to $2900. Now the price is going $3900 already. Yes, this few bumps along the way needs to overcome before finally stopping at $5000 again. However, we still need to see what's going on the next couple of days. China is still not done with their dumping I assume, so expect the unexpected, maybe the price is sustainable or not, so just be cautious and not to get too excited.
