To be fair, the fact they allowed to withdraw ECA doesn't undo the damage they have done in two months. They are still incompetent fools that have no respect for their customers. Working towards letting people withdraw should have been their first move as soon as they became aware of their database issues.

They allow ONLY ECA to be withdrawn? NO OTHER COIN? Lmao. No if you think there isn't a connection you clearly haven't been paying attention. They could have enabled ECA withdrawals almost 2 months ago. It's the only coin that wasn't trading elsewhere so it wasn't like the coin was going to be dumped. However in that time they added 6-7 exchanges so it was around 44-50 sat when the site went down and because all of these people are getting their coins back it's now at 8 sat. They should have gotten the DB balances fixed for BTC and LTC holders so they can withdraw and you know BUY other coins. Ohh well. My balance shows I have coins but the block explorer DISAGREES. So I can't withdraw anything yet since my trades took place right before they took the site offline and they never put those coins on the damn block explorer. So frustrating. Still they say they're still working on DB LOAD balances for "other coins" but we'll see. |

So your pin is still the same pin you signed up with but they will send you an email "not to change your pin" but sending you an email to the the email you had on file after you login with your user name, pass AND pin.. If you don't remember your original pin then that's a different story. |

I'm glad for eca holders, but am hurt for us others holding other coins. But does seem kind of fishy, could be just a coincidence... But who knows.
I've got 15 grand in shitcoins on there. And definitely want them off.
