For what its worth, I've pulled 20,044,335 ECA off CoinsMarkets three days ago.
Electrra devs promised to keep up the litigation until all coins have the opportunity to withdraw.

I find it somewhat amusing that only ECA is available for withdraw when it was one of the most recent additions
and other coins have a more urgent need for access.  Mutual holders are unable to swap coins having been ripped off
Twice. Once by the DEV, and now that the new DEV team have agreed a swapping procedure, CoinsMarkets are ripping
them off again, by not allowing the withdrawal of coins to enable this swap to take place.

Rumours have been circulating for a while now that ECA and Coinsmarkets are one and the same.

I'm afraid this exclusive arrangement just adds fuel to the fire

Things have much improved then what they were two-weeks ago.

So you've concluded the 'rumor' is indeed fact without any empirical evidence. Sounds like the typical mortals bitching and moaning looking for anything or anyone to blame for their current state of consternation.

Maybe you'd find it more amusing why the devs of the coins you own, don't get off their ass and do what they can to get their customers coins back. I have some Buzzcoin - the dev there has not done jack-shit.
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

"Much improved" is enabling withdrawal of their own scam coin after 2 months? LMAO.
The more amusing thing here is your worthless garbage comment.

I would like to thank ECA devs for forcing CONSmarkets to get my ECA coins back. I've been suffering for almost 2 months waiting for CONSmarkets to get back. and it's really a dream for me to withdraw my ECA coins intact. im very lucky that on my last purchase before CONSmarkets gets offline i bought all my btc to ECA coins.

lesson learned: never ever store your coins or tokens in a shady exchange especially if it's named CONSmarkets.

Tried taking out my ECA. Doesn't show my balance. Whenever i click on ECA , it just logs me out of my account.

ECA withdrawals aren't possible it seems.

Just a few point to ponder:

- Whether or not ECA & CM are related/the same is unknown until now.
- Obviously there was some pressure to get the ECA out of CM from the ECA team (maybe CM team if they are the same, & if they want to dump ECA on another exchange)
- Whether ECA is CM or not, they do know who CM is and were able to pressure them enough to open ECA withdrawals.
- Once ECA is all withdrawn from CM, two options:
  1. They enable withdrawal of other coins as stated (5-10% chance)
  2. They do the disappearing act with all other balances on CM besides ECA (90-95% chance)

In light of this, the logical step for those with a significant balance on CM would be to get in touch / dox ECA developers and get them to provide info about CM team.

Thoughts?

maybe you're late on withdrawing your ECA. i have successfully withdrawn yesterday and had no issues with it. after the withdraw, it will take 30 mins on waiting before your order gets executed. i can take your ECA for a fee of 10%.

i think you should redirect your issues with ECA devs. it seems that they have been contacting CONSmarkets. they can help you out.

We don't find it fair for CM to release withdrawals only for ECA tokens and not other tokens...The wallet issues should have been fixed by now. CoinsMarkets is holding  hostage a lot of funds from our Ember Community and this is not right. We will have a swap and a burn soon into our blockchain so we need a response from them. Otherwise we will have to look for other possibilities to contact them in legal ways.

We need to breath down their necks, don't let up. ECA being the literal only coin released in 4 days doesn't make any sense.
Well, it is the coin with the most volume traded and more investors in the coin. Also the coins that caused the servers to fall over due to the volume.

On their statement they say coins will be released as soon as DB is aligned. Other coins have such low trade volume, why not start activating from them so we can at least have some sense of comfort.

Because it is all BS is why! Angry  BTC$

Is anyone looking to hunt down CM yet? Since this is obviously them fucking with us. ECA? What a random shitcoin to release first.

I will put at least a quarter of everything I own to hire someone to make these people either release my BTC or be brought to justice.

Someone hire a hit, post a link, I'll donate.

ECA is not a shitcoin. ECA withdrawals are enabled because ECA devs try to press legal action to CONSmarkets.

though ECA is also a fast coin that's why it's prioritized.

Fortunately, I receive legal assistance from the insurance. If Litecoin is not released within a month, legal proceedings will start.

Good, that might speed up my support ticket for missing Litecoin.

Whatever it takes jack-ass, I've got all my ECA, sold 10M of them and picked up some cheap Nexus.
Watch for the launching of the rockets this year.

We are approaching legal departments also for the ember community. We gathered the funds and ready to sue these irresponsible people. We have tried to contact them many times and never got a response from them. Enough is enough...

We will get in touch with their host and will do everything it takes to trace them down and find out who is responsible for this. No one is anonymous now days!

Serious question.  Has there ever been a worse exchange than this one?  I know other exchanges have turned pure scam and just ran away with everyone's money, ignoring those though; I'm wondering if a scenario like this has happened before.  Because to me it seems like some kind of joke, it's just one thing after another.
