I believe that is the downside of Blockchain and the lack of central oversight. I see the potential of Blockchain technology and the absence of a bank / governance / central unit to give some sort of control. But we have to accept that it is harder to chase people when they commit a crime.
you need central oversight so people can do business with their eyes closed. but if it least half of all market investors did some minimum reading to understand very complicated blockchain platform - we wouldn't be in the place we are right now. but since 95% just want easy money, shouting "i don't care about security, just want my masternode up and running, don't care if tis on root" - what else you gonna expect?? how many people keeping their funds on exchanges, ignoring statements on every single of them that you shouldn't

I suppose we should find volunteer lawyers to take action against coin markets? We can't have our coins locked up for so long!

yeah if you find the exit wallet you can point it to a hot wallet. like mtgox. So no exchange accept that coins. but it is very difficult to find these wallets...

Alright boys , Looks like we got some scammers on our hands.
I propose that someone set up a fund to find these guys.
I was optimistic , but now i'm being realistic. Anyone interested in taking up bounty hunter to find these guys?
I'll add some funds to a pot to find these guys , someone set up a escrow to ensure success and no one steals our funds.
To me , it's a matter of principle at this point , and it seems that these guys have violated us.
I propose that we find these "ECA" developers and with that we will find Coinsmarkets.
Once all that has been done , we will evoke swift justice.

I second the bounty. They obviously aren't coming back and have returned to ignoring the public and trying to get away.

Good plan. Either ECA dev = coinsmarkets or ECA dev != coinsmarkets, this method should work, because 1) If ECA dev = coinsmarkets, then bingo. 2) If ECA dev != coinsmarkets, but coinsmarkets allowed ECA withdrawal, so ECA must have found them.

Maybe coinsmarkets owner is involved in ECA team and maybe not , because only ECA enable withdrawal . not sure ECA community found coinsmarkets owner 2.) No news lately from coinsmarkets that makes unclear what they do, are they doing fixing it or slacking 3.) its ridiculous 3 months and only 1 progress that was ECA , only 1 coin open withdrawal 4.) this just my opinion

If you go to the following links https://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-LTC.htmhttps://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-ETH.htmyou will see trades as everyone knows stopped on 1/5/18 around 22:00 hours (10pm) when they crashed all trades disabled. Now look at ECA https://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-ECA.htmAs you can see from below ECA had huge buys AFTER CM was down already. (CM & ECA getting ready for PUMP on other exchange and community thinks most ECA is locked up in CM so PUMP AWAY) 01/06/2018 09:28:13 Buy 0.000000480 Bitcoin 0.023589086 Bitcoin 49143.930122920 Electra 01/06/2018 09:28:13 Buy 0.000000480 Bitcoin 0.972029436 Bitcoin 2025061.325670980 Electra 01/06/2018 09:28:13 Buy 0.000000479 Bitcoin 0.071507983 Bitcoin 149285.977774300 Electra 01/06/2018 09:28:13 Buy 0.000000479 Bitcoin 1.261896477 Bitcoin 2634439.409431800 Electra 01/06/2018 00:37:40 Buy 0.000000479 Bitcoin 0.093500800 Bitcoin 195200.000000000 ElectraThen theres this doge purchase 2 DAYS AFTER CM WENT DOWN. https://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-DOGE.htm 01/07/2018 05:16:17 Buy 0.000000613 Bitcoin 0.003065000 Bitcoin 5000.000000000 DogeGet the hint? Do some research people there is proof all over CM that ECA and CM are linked. It is just a matter of time until the transaction log is wiped so if you want to SS it for your own whatever you better nab screenies that prove CM did business after they were down with ECA and other developers they are in league with.

Good luck with that, after 100 pages of useless posts no one has even been close finding who or where they are, a lawsuit would be quite meaningless if you don't even know the enemy.

another day goes by with very little useful help from the people at CM. Another week, another month. They have demonstrated ability to release coins but have apparently chosen not to release coins for everyone. They refuse to update regularly with news. Daily updates on the news section are required as a minimum to keep us informed. This is terrible. They must be really rich to treat other people's money with such disregard. It just seems like they really don't care about anyone.

Yeah, their lack of communication sucks. They should not only invest in some better system engineers, but also a PR rep. If they had a twitter account or at least update on their page, a lot of the FUD won't be there. They can't blame any of the community for causing them more issues, as they aren't giving any information to the community.
