I dont think so, bitcoin exchanges and its price depends on how does the user function in this ecosystem, then we can conclude that the user can be a factor if bitcoin lose its capability to function well.. The only people who can destroy bitcoin are those who are holding bitcoin, so everybody can do it, it doesnt have to be a bank, a president, or a goverment, anyone can create a big "real" fud and make everybody panic, that makes the price bleed a lot.    Abandoning bitcoin is not same as destroying bitcoin, not in my mind. Why would hackers destroy bitcoin? Only if someone
pays them to do that, then they are just executors and not the people who really wish to destroy bitcoin.
   I do not have enough knowledge to know what can destroy bitcoin from technical side, I will go from logical stand people
