I think there are very little chance fo such thing to destroy bitcoin. we cannot think about life without  light, scientist are now finding more cheep ways of getting electricity. I think blochchain itself is a very new technology and is still improving more and more, bitcoin is the fundamental and mother of all crypto currencies and therefore there are very little chances that any other crypto currency will  overcome bitcoin, even if all the bitcoin will mind bitcoin will still survive with more high price in the market, people will then only able to trade satoshi,

china can a have great impact on bitcoin,it has great mining farms and these farms contribute alot and if a ban is applied on them then it will definitely affect bitcoin as most of trading is also done from there,secondly any virus or bug can corrupt the system.,or if there is ban on website by governments around the world it can affect bitcoin.
