Bitcoin is growing very powerfully but in this present scenario which factors can destroy or make its market value Zero.

For me no one can destroy it because this bitcoin is a secured site. I don't think that there is a person that want to destroy it because they all know that there are so many people are only defending on it. Some of the users here are student and this is the only way that they know to earn money and this is the only way they know so that they can supply the needs of their family.

in addition to the list that includes war, no internet and so on I think it can be a virus that can use neuronet to crush the structure of blockchain. lol or even change to code to trasfer the numbers to its owner.

Internet shutdown?
Or perhaps if there is huge event happening in the future that I cannot even think of Grin
Your opinion is true if internet around the world is dead maybe this will cause the bitcoin to disappear for forever, but whether event like this will happen. Internet connection is very important because it is one way that we can transaction and access bitcoin.

Hm, I think it cant be destroyed cause it is implemented in online chains and it can only fall down in price but can disappear. We are all participating in bitcoin growth and fall cause we are digging it in all possible ways and because of us; investors, gambler, miners and all kind of other people bitcoin will prevail!

I think it could be a next-generation blockchain. For example, now we have prototype of something similar: IOTA which is using HASH-Graphs.

Its too late for anyone to conceive an idea of destroying BTC. With the way it has grown and its application in the business world it will be nearly impossible to destroy BTC.

Most probably the countries themselves. If they recognize the cryptocurrencies, it is only a matter of time before they lunch their own. It would be quite difficult to be in a competition with a national cryptocurrency, wouldn't it?

I think it cannot happen anymore due to our technology that can back it up. Maybe it can have problems some time but it can be fix and never be destroyed.

I actually believe that at this point nobody can destroy bitcoin. even if they breake the internet connection, there would still be alternative networks to run on it.

Once internet connection is gone all over the world this would be death not only of bitcoins but almost everything because in present time almost everything and everyone relies on internet from average society to giants of industry/business, so I dont think people wont let internet connection done but build it more powerful rather.

Bitcoin will be impossible to destroy for it's mass adoption around the world! Some other currencies like ETH or Litecoin could give it a competition but can never destroy I believe! Roll Eyes

I think no one can eliminate bitcoin. Except the governments of all countries banned bitcoin mining. And if the Internet in the world has disappeared. But this will never happen. Because bitcoin is being accepted in many countries, bitcoin plays a role in the economy of every nation.

I don't think that in the current time is any reason exists that can be a factor to results into destroy the market of the bitcoin .
Because here we can see  clearly that how the Market of the bitcoin destroying the Market of the altcoins very easily .
Here the bitcoin was the king and is the king and will remain king Because the demand of the bitcoin is going increasing day by day and also if anyone want to buy altcoins then surely he will needed either dollers/Etherium/bitcoin ( here bitcoin is priority Because common thing is bitcoin to have for the trade at most of the trading sites ) , so here the basic need is bitcoin , and that why the Market of the bitcoin remain can't go down at any condition .

Destroying bitcoin absurd since bitcoin is a digital currency and can't be destructed Smiley Stopping bitcoin is something else and many scenarios are possible like Internet permanent shut down or a new invention that will replace bitcoin maybe a new way to make transactions with more benefits for users. I believe such scenarios can't happen thus, no worries about bitcoin future which is expected to be a bright future.

I would think those who hold the most bitcoin could destroy it if they all just sell off(and nobody buys it due to some event causing it useless to anyone) dropping the value back to when it first arrived on to the market.

So if you check, China citizens hold the most bitcoin due to mining and trading.

So in reality, the Chinese can destroy bitcoin if they and their government wanted to.
If the Iron curtain sees it as a threat in the near future as it is still a burgeoning technology towards the financial economies of the world which is still to understand how to but it to good use.

Bitcoin is growing very powerfully but in this present scenario which factors can destroy or make its market value Zero.

If by any chance they discover an loophole in the block chain or the bitcoins and online wallets security weakness and exploit it then I think everyone will panic and sell their bitcoins which will results to a great drop in the market value of bitcoins and so the number of investors will decrease also. I don't think it will happen though since bitcoins system is reliable enough to receive a value so high that investors put their trust to it with their money.

I think the factor that can destroy bitcoin or make its market value to zero is another cryptocurrency that is much pretty awesome than bitcoin.
