Who can destroy Bitcoin ?

It is almost impossible to destroy anything that is anonymous and decentralised.Bitcoin is that kind of stuffs.Several steps were taken to destroy it before but that hasn't happened.Instead the value of bitcoin has increased a lot.

Bitcoin is growing very powerfully but in this present scenario which factors can destroy or make its market value Zero.

i think what can destroy bitcoin is government if we are talking about in a certain country. Like what happened to China, bitcoin was totally banned by the government because the central bank of china does not have any control to bitcoin so they want to regain their power of control.  If all other countries also ban bitcoin like China, it may be the end of bitcoin. Another factor may be internet, because no internet, no bitcoin. It will not be destroyed but it will be unusable because it is a digital cryptocurrency so it operates with the use of technology especially with the use of internet. If there is a total break down on the internet around the world, if that's possible,  bitcoin will be unusable.

I read half of the comments. And they are all true. Starting from electricity and the Internet, ending with the consumer, the buyer. All these factors can affect the cost reduction bitcoin. A large volume of sales and complete indifference to the currency as such.

Two factors that are needed bitcoin ie electricity and internet. However, for the electrical factor may not have an impact because I believe that electricity is very needed today if there is a power outage we also will not worry because there is much alternative energy that can generate electricity and for the second factor that is the internet, this factor we should worry about because at any time the whole country could have blocked all internet access about blockchain.

I do not think bitcoin will suffer destruction because over time more and more people are using bitcoin to perform various transactions or just investment. only one thing can destroy the bitcoin ie the internet. bitcoin will be destroyed if the internet can no longer be accessed and it will be impossible.

I think for now this bitcoin is not a problem to be a disadvantage. Because the bitcoin is the most profitable and also have the best future. And keep in mind, the internet will not be lost or destroyed. Because basically bitcoin is a digital currency is best, and it's certainly the internet will always be a place to update and expand. So don't ever minded bitcoin will crumble when the internet is lost, because surely the internet will never be lost. Continue working and never surrender to face everything.

I still think that bitcoin is destroyable just see after the ban of China bitcoin did drop a lot. It dropped not 200 dollars but it dropped 3k. This damage was a lot.

Just think what if a few countries were to ban Bitcoin or even China bitcoin would destroyed.

Governments can destroy it, if they unite against it

The only way the government can destroy bitcoin is, 1. They destroy the blockchain technology, and 2. They shutdown the internet. If this two can be done, then bitcoin has been stopped. If option 2 takes place, then the whole world will go back to stone age.

Nobody in this world has that ability.But how if all countries in the world ban Bitcoin? Will it be destroyed or we still can use it with a special way? Maybe this is the only way Bitcoin can be destroyed but I think it'll never happening cause Bitcoin is the future of this world, it give people a new quickly and convinient payment method, it also helps the economy of every country become better so I think it'll not be banned all over the world and there will no way for anyone to destroy Bitcoin

If no one mines bitcoins anymore, nobody can exchange them. Miners basically get a commission because they use their processing power to process transacrions between bitcoin wallets.

Someone with a lot of money can do it. But why waste several trillion on that. In my mind it's not going to happen because of the uncertainty it brings and countries needs a lot more money for welfare. Populations will be mad if any leader uses money on that. Except perhaps North Korea haha
